Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal

Hotel has good and bad bits - the reception and bar area is pretty smart with plenty of large screen TV's, however the rooms are the very old style holiday inn express rooms and really in need of an update. Thin mattress wasnt very comfortable, heating was really noisy, the noise from the tube could be heard but it wasnt a big deal I stayed as it was so handy for the tube and central line into london at a much cheaper price - come out the station entrance and turn either left or right and follow round and the hotel is there - backs on to the station itself - two stops on the tube to get to Westfield shopping centre so handy for that The area was dead at night - but had Costa, Tesco Express, Sainsburys Local, Dominos, Subway within a few steps. Not anywhere to go for a proper meal that I noticed although the hotel had some food Id say the owners need to do some work and update the hotel in order to retain customers

Room was small as we are told is usual in London, clean, beds comfy, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Very close to public transportation which we love, made for a very convenient stay and great restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed here the weekend before Halloween and found the hotel lobby and lifts had been decorated, a nice touch! The room was clean, towels soft and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, beans and scrambled eggs as the hot vegetarian options plus your normal continental options. The room was quiet but did get cold during the night for which a mark has been deducted for as there was no heater or option to turn the heat up in the room. Parking was £10 and was round the back of the hotel, it is allocated on a first come first served basis. Remember to get the token before you try to leave otherwise the barrier won't lift. The area is nice and safe to walk round at night as well as being right by imperial college. There are a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as a Tesco express that's open late.

This hotel is close to the metro. It takes 2 minutes go get there. From there, in 10 minutes you are at Ealing Brodway. It is also easy to reach Heathrow. Rooms are nice, bathroom is Ok (consider that my room has been upgraded because of my HIG Status.. ). Breakfast is Ok, in line with Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is clean. I love the pan pizza of the Holiday Inn (maybe 10 pounds for it is a bit too much?) There are no bad points I would say. Also the price is really affordable. I will consider this Hotel for my next stay.

Had a one night stay at the Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal. The staff were helpful especially Valentina who greeted me at the reception and helped with various queries. Rooms are basic but decent, shower was nice and powerful. Breakfast was a decent variety. Hotel is located about 2-3mins walk from North Acton Station with Costa, Tesco and Sainsbury located near the hotel. All in all it was a nice stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is beautiful, friendly and comfortable. Helpful stuff, nice and tasty breakfast. The room was fine, although the bed was small. The location is great, next to the tube station!

I was there to drop my son to Imperial college London it was nice and comfortable. the most important is ideally located for Imperial college accommodation breakfast is nice and the staff is very helpful.

I stayed here for one night on business. Pros Room a decent size Clean and modern Reasonable price Cons Manner of reception staff was not as warm and friendly as I’m used to The area didn’t feel safe It was a bit of a walk to the tube and you have to go under an underpass

This hotel does exactly what it says on the package. The rooms are functional (not much in the way of wardrobe or storage space) and the hotel staff friendly and willing to help with whatever they can. I was slightly unfortunate to be in an end room next to the ongoing building works, but otherwise no complaints.

We stayed for 3 nights in September and we found the rooms a bit dated and basic but comfy. Would be great if they could add more options to there food menu as there weren't many options and could do with a few more.
