We stayed here a total of 9 nights; 4 upon arrival in London and 5 more nights at the end of our holiday. We just loved the hotel and the location right next to North Acton station was perfect for travel within the city. Everyone on the staff was so nice and helpful to us, we appreciated everyone of them. The hot breakfast was great each morning. The only bad thing I can say was the internet. It never really worked great on my laptop the entire stay. Sometimes it would be strong, but more often the signal was very weak and spotty. This happened in both rooms we stayed in, 4th floor at the beginning and 3rd floor at the end. Internet is very important to travelers for communicating to people back home and planning the next day's activities. Having a good strong internet is not an option, it is a necessity for having a first class hotel. The hotel should really look into having their internet improved, then it would be a 5 star stay all the way.
