Room service was horrible… when we checked in, they were out of body wash and refilled it after 4 hrs. Then we noticed that they were out of shampoo, hand soap and it took them days to refill even after calling multiple times. This resort also have lots of hidden charges.

It’s really deceiving when it comes to the end bill of the stay for your parking payment! We were told 40$ a night for self parking and 45 for valet parking so we went with self parking. The math would have been 200$ for the 4 nights we were there. At the end we got a nice fat bill for 401.08$ dollars 45 a day service fee for what exactly idk they said it was there policy for the one time they refreshed the room didn’t even leave new towels when they did. Also for ukulele lessons which we never even took or had seen someone play! The restaurant lobby service was absolutely terrible as well took over 25mins to get a drink and we sat at the bar top! To top it off they had sale taxed us daily at over 10% for idk what either random 4 to 2 dollars charges. We definitely plan to never stay again just because the hidden fees for everything. Oh also the car rental was a big fat 600$ bill at the end as well because they charge over 45$ a day for basic coverage insurance and gave us a very well used beat up mini van when I had requested a mid size vehicle but of course they were only left with mini vans in the parking lot when we arrived. All in all we made the best of our short trip but still very disappointed with all Nickel and dime charges.

Stay was ok. Room had weird smell. Garden view is of the parking lot. Carpet in rooms was very stained. All cushions in common areas need replacing and cleaned. Very stained. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Drinks at Pineapple Moon were good. Beach is great but there are no loungers. Be prepared to bring your own or pay them from the hotel. Parking was very expensive especially for how far away one had to park.
