The property is very well kept up and clean. Very peaceful environment.

It was nice to have the free shuttle to the Whalers Village but it would have also been nice if they had let us know about the other restaurants that where within walking distance. Didn't even know about Duke's until the very last day.
Great location; mediocre food/drink.

I paid 4,500 for five nights at this resort. No one, not the resort nor Orbitz expressed that the room was on discount because it was run down. The showers only ran scalding hot showers, there were no windows, only glass louvers that kept no sound out from the nearby highway or the sound of people. The trash was full upon entry. Some of the drawers were broken and two chairs at the table were broken. The stopper to fill the bathtub was not even connected to the wall. There were glass louvers missing from the kitchenette area. The carpets were extensively dirty, yet they ask you to remove your shoes? The room was a complete and total disappointment, but I was told it was the only room left which left us no choice but to stay. A sad experience for the amount of money paid.
Extremely loud and outdated window A/C unit. Mold in all the bathroom and showers walls. It was disgusting. Disappointed. The area amazing tho!
Resort and views were beautiful, staff was friendly
We stayed in one of the bungalows. It was outdated & the bed was uncomfortable. Maybe the tower rooms are better. The beach was wonderful.

Lovely hotel helpful staff my checkout receptionist was informative and helped with my enquiries regarding a issue with our bathroom .the beach is the best for swimming ,would recommend
Very bad service from front desk ask for towels and would say sending up. then never do !!! Don’t answer when u call front desk not very Commentating poor service from desk !!!!
Great location and views. Amazing staff that's friendly ans knowledgeable. Property is old and in need of remodel for cottages. Had mold in bathroom, peeling ceiling, floor molding was cracked from water damage, and refrigerator had a terrible moldy milk smell that when you showered, (mini frig located under bathroom sink), it amplified the odor.
