Room service was horrible… when we checked in, they were out of body wash and refilled it after 4 hrs. Then we noticed that they were out of shampoo, hand soap and it took them days to refill even after calling multiple times. This resort also have lots of hidden charges.

We stayed in a bungalow and the air conditioning unit would rattle so loud every 45 minutes and would wake you throughout the night. When brought to the attention of the staff, they said they were aware and sent us on our way. Supposedly, they are waiting on a new unit, but “lucky” us we did not get any sleep.

Loved the homey island vibe of the lobby. Room was spacious but worn.. location of hand soap across the sink not easy to access for a short person. Pillowcases stained and attention to detail lacked from housekeeping . I work in a hospital and have utmost respect for them but we had to beg to get our room reseeded . Feint desk staff lovely and credited us for the inconvenience.

I stayed here because there were perks of being a gold member with Expedia, however the credit for food/beverage were not applied at my stay due staff not instructing my properly on how to receive the credit. (multiple staff members gave me the run around on how to apply the credit) Resort is quiet and noticed it was for a quiet/calm crowd. The spa is closed on weekends, entertainment is only M-F, and the restaurant food was ok. The mixed drinks were ok. I expected more at the resort. Check in was horrible, abut 7-8 computers and only 1 staff member was checking in guests. They were understaffed and it took about an hour to get checked in. The balcony hangs over rooms and you literally can see everyone to your left/right. I wont be staying here again.

Lovely room. Facilities are dated but well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. But the restaurant was awful. Dinner was overpriced and poor quality. Worse still the breakfast was simply inedible. Limited selection, empty chaffing trays and poor quality food.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms were nice. They only clean every other day. So for our 4 night stay, they cleaned our room once. Breakfast was cold, and we got there right at 7:00 am when it opened, not much variety. We had a credit of $75, but Hotel still charged me for it. Some Staff are helpful but a lot of the staff, seem like they are burned out, not friendly at all. On 10/24 in the morning at The scoop coffee shop the lady there was super rude to customers. I would not stay here again.
