in p it was excellent, only one important thing for the quantum! we lived 6 nights in this hotel and only once they cleaned our room and it was very poorly cleaned, the floors were not washed, the shower and toilet were not washed. I doubt it or the bed linen has been changed

First of all they gave us wrong reservation. We paid for unit with stuff in it but they said Orbits is not correct in their representation. We had to pay $400 extra in order to get what we paid originally. They never cared about whatever we try to explain them. For so many times being in my way this was the worst. I know Orbits also does not care about it. ☹️

I liked this property a lot: location, transportation, convenience, staff, helpfulness, stores. We did our Maui vacation on a shoestring budget, and this was prime. I really didn’t expect to find such a fabulous time. I’m really glad I chose this property:)
We had an enjoyable stay. Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area were nice and the laundry facilities were free (if you didn’t have a washer and dryer in your room). There was beach access literally right across the street (less than 5 min walk) and the beach was very nice. By car you are only 10 min from all of the dining and shopping in Kaanapali and 15 or so to Lahaina. Cons: I think that I expected a little bit more in terms of the size of the room. It was a queen bed plopped in the middle with a sink, fridge, and microwave all lined up on one side of the bed instead of a nightstand. There were also two dining chairs agains the wall with a fold up table. Not sure where we would have put that if we had the need. While the room was clean, it was dated. There are bigger rooms there with full kitchens and living areas, so if that is what you are looking for, make sure that you ask for that. That was my fault. If I had it to do over again, I would get that type of room.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also i like the room and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. I also think having a jacuzzi that is open for 24hous is a plus.

The WiFi connection was not working, when contacted front desk they asked me contact the service provider Spectrum. I called the number and gave a complaint to them. They didn’t restore the service during my stay and it caused lot of inconvenience as I have to do some work. I didn’t expect it. The staff were friendly and the property met my expectations. I wish the price is slight less compared to other properties around that area.
The one bedroom condos are spacious, with a nice private lanai that overlooks the pool area. The condo not fancy but clean and comfortable, even fir a ten day stay. The grounds and pool are stellar. The greenery and waterfalls are lovely. The resort is right across a not busy road from a beach, and it's easy to get to other beaches. Highly recommend.
Super friendly staff. Loved that we were able to borrow a beach umbrella for free. Great A/C. Loved that we had kitchen plates, knives, etc.
I liked the location and proximity to desired activities. Not right on the ocean but a short easy walk to a couple of beaches. Considerably more adorable than oceanfront and in a quieter area than Lahaina. The pool is beautiful but small. There were always available lounge chairs poolside. Nice tables and BBQs by the pool. Friendly staff. Our one bedroom condo was perfect. Comfortable, roomy, fully stocked kitchen, cozy Lanai, tub in one of the two large bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.
The lush gardens and the property were well maintained and clean.
