Very friendly staff and wonderful clean room. Very spacious and had a very close path nearby to the ocean. We enjoyed our annv/ honeymoon and can’t wait to celebrate again hopefully next year.

Unit was clean but really dated.Our keycard didn't work a few times and had to call maintenance (room and pool area) was a lil frustrating after the 4 time and each time had to wait about 45 min to get into out room.Not sure if I'll stay again.

It was good for our one night stop over. Steep on price for an old hotel… but the people working here are nice, rooms, rooms were clean and the pools were nice. Hate carpet in old hotels and the pull out was beyond uncomfortable.

AC single unit was in the living room and zero unit in the most important room, the bedroom. Maid service never ever came to the room in our 6 day stay, every day in my wedding anniversary, we had to go to the front office and ask for our coffee and once for clean towels, it's not acceptable and unprofessional.

Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. The room itself needs air freshener. No beach towels, they supply only bath towels 1/person no extras. You have to exchange if you want new ones. Low quality paper towels, toilet paper. Oven but no bake pans. Improvised using mixing bowls that were heat tolerant up to 400degF We’ll choose another place to stay next time. This was our first time in Kauai. The island is very relaxing & beautiful. We missed some spots. Tip: if you are costco member go there soon as possible, they may have deals for tours. Wish we did, we could have gone on helicopter or boat charter for reasonable rates. Poipu beach, Kauai coffee, beer, chocolates were a hit with our family.
