Roach motel! Started seeing them with in hours of arrival and had them our whole stay. No food could be left on the kitchen counter without attracting them. Placed a guava pastry on the counter and turned to grab a fork and one scurried across the pastry. A/C was noisy and vent was right next to the bedroom window so the exhaust came right back in. Ran out of soap and toilet paper.

The room was good, but the air conditioner had a piece of pipe rigged up in front of the air conditioner to get air into a bedroom. Very Mickey Mouse. I tried 2 of the hot tubs and neither jets worked in them. Other guest confirmed that the jets were not working

When we arrived, the unit had a noticeable odor. It was unclear whether it was from age or past smoking, but we had to keep all the windows open for a while to make it comfortable. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. There was no staff onsite and no housekeeping during the stay. Overall, it is an acceptable option if you are looking to spend as little as possible and only plan to use the space for sleeping and showering.
