Islander on the Beach is sitting on 6 acres of beautifully manicured gardens with swaying palms trees and cooling trade winds. This ocean front resort features a gorgeous pool and hot tub and is home to the local Sand Bar.

This ground floor studio has 2 full size beds, a fully stocked kitchenette with small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and tea kettle (no cooktop). I enjoy the stay. Just one thing that need to be corrected, the shower curtain smells bad. I know that Hawaii humidity is high and makes everything slows to dries up. Good thing Kristen provide a spray bottle of Clorox under the sink that I use to eliminate the odor.

Very nice accommodation

Great location. The studio was clean, and had all that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The room had rather high humidity level, so we would suggest that the owner adds a dehumidifier for both the room and the bathroom to help with this issue. It would also help to have a little better overhead lighting in the room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and we would book this studio again if the price is right for us.

I stayed in a different condo last year that was much better then thos one. Everything in this unit is old, broken and smelly. eds hard, tv broken, toaster oven broken, cockroach in shower. Clogged drain, plumber haf to come. Not great! Need a lot of love and attention.
