Only down fall was when power went out and all my food and milk went bad because of power down for couple hours they first said 1hr and it was a couple hours no hot shower and everthing was dark we missed our show we had reserved.

We loved our stay at this resort! The rooms are clean, but nothing fancy. This doesn’t matter in Hawaii because you don’t spend much time indoors anyway. The service at the resort was fantastic! Every interaction with the staff was great - they were all so lovely and accommodating. Food at the restaurants on site was SO GOOD and service was always extremely fast. The pool area is beautiful and so relaxing with the view of the ocean. It’s located in a perfect spot right in between the North shore and South side of Kauai so it’s convenient to drive anywhere on the island, and we also loved how so many restaurants and shops were walkable from the resort too. Would definitely stay here again!!
Liked louvered doors to balcony. Plenty of hot water. Disliked the fact that the Smoothie station closed so early

Loved our stay at the Sheraton Kauai coconut beach. We had an amazing, relaxing time. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we looked forward to it every morning. The pool was a great place to hangout and the food and drinks were delicious. Loved that we could walk over and view the beach and loved being able to do yoga on the property too. We really enjoyed how convenient it was to walk to the ABC store or to Longs or other stores and restaurants. Everything was excellent, can’t wait to go back.

Lots of options for food in hotel and many nearby / walkable. Ample parking, very clean, large pool east beach access and great place to hop onto the walking/ bike paths that goes miles up the coast.

Convenient location, close to supermarket, clean and quiet hotel, friendly staff, large parking area, beautiful view, heated pool and hot tub, big game area, delicious food including the cafe, breakfast buffet and dinner at Moa Moa restaurant. The only thing is the small balcony, but the garden is large with nice sea view and fire pit table. Sitting near the fire table at night is wonderful. Definitely will come back next time.
We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful property, I would say this is a great location to pick for those going to the island for the first time like we did, that way you are in an ideal location, pretty much in the middle of the island making it easy to visit all the spots (usually a 30 minute drive to either side of the island). There are a few negatives in my opinion, which would be that the beach is not safe for swimming (rocks everywhere), no airport shuttle (taxis/Ubers are not readily available) and their menu is not vegetarian/vegan friendly.
