Property beautiful, had to pay for "upgrade" to two queens vs a king bed, but all in all good experience. Restaurants were good but very expensive. Beach was nice, didn't use pools but were also nice. VIP benefit was discount on spa, stables or golf course but weren't informed of the discount until after arrival and everything was booked up. Would be nice to know in advance. Better VIP benefit would be discount/free parking, discount on food/drink, etc.

Great safe ocean swimming, peaceful uncrowded part of Oahu, all restaurants on site excellent, nice gym, great rooms/views, short drive from Sunrise shack (best coffee in Hawaii) and Foodland (fresh poke, massive quantities for a few bucks).

Beautiful location, on the water with incredible views every angle. Went in Feb, slightly cooler in low 70s but waves and beaches perfect! Very clean, friendly and courteous staff. Will be back!

Amazing views. Very attentive and courteous staff.

The service, especially at Roy’s... so great. The food there was killer too. Really we can’t say enough about Roy’s. It felt like people actually like working here and have fun with their jobs. The service staff was that perfect balance of professional and playful. We had pedicures and one of the best massages of my life in the kinetic spa. Totally worth the money. I was so relaxed I maaay have drooled on myself a little. We are on a baby moon and spent the extra money to upgrade to the 6th floor ocean view rooms and get some peace and quiet while we still can. The view is stunning and I’ve gone to sleep with the sound of the ocean each night until tonight. It’s pretty disappointing that on our last night here I’ve been laying in bed listening to a DJ in the club on the first floor rather than the lovely ocean sound I came and paid for. Totally get throwing a party on a Saturday night, but perhaps a noise warning for rooms in this location would be appropriate. If I weren't pregnant I’d totally be down there dancing and had I known the situation I’d have just asked for a different room. If it’s this annoying on the 6th floor I feel pretty bad for folks closer to the actual bar. All in all a great stay. Not sure the 6th floor is worth the extra cost, but we’d love to come back!

The food is horrible at this resort, nobody eats there, they walk across the golf course to the restaurant over there. But yo have to find out first. $20 for nachos at the pool bar that are just chips and fake cheese sauce.... really!

Beautiful views and amenities. Also great service!

The property is run down, too expensive for the old looking place. Needs to be renovated - major. The breakfast options were poor. But the staff were great

The staff is awesome and reality proud of the resort

We stayed at the cottaes and had a beautiful room with amazing views. The Saturday morning body sculpt yoga class was the best yoga class I have ever taken! The teacher is super awesome. Pool bar staff is great amd fun evenings with a great live guitar musician playing by the pool. Super talented guy! A little disappointed that we could not take a golf cart ride all the way to amd from parking lot. I think that should be available since we have luggage. Our dinners at Roy was fantastic. Great views all around. Ashely who did our check in is a super awesome young lady. Very kind and professional. Also the two gentlemen who came to our room with drinks and gifts. Great surprise and fun treats. This is a wonderful resort! We will be back :)

Everyone was so welcoming. We had an amazing time enjoying all turtle bat had to offer.

a/c unit for the suite wasn’t cooling enough they had to give us electric fans instead. The room wasn’t worth its price! Not going back.

Wonderful place whether you are with family or alone on a grown up only vacation. Great views, great food and service. Downside are the rentals are steep.

The pool on the property is kind of small for the size/could use second pool. Everything else was amazing.

Beautiful views clean and friendly staff everything was easy to acess an find
