I loved the location and the smaller property. Valet was convenient and prompt. Right on the beach and there was always a lounge chair available. Water stations to refill bottles was a plus. Perfect stay.

Loved the bikes and the access to the Kapaa oceanfront trail. Booked a Garden View room (instead of the Standard) but unfortunately our room faced a stucco wall and outdoor staircase. Not what we were expecting. Parking after 6pm was almost non-existent as was soundproofing in the room. A gap under the door and thin walls made for a noisy room. With people coming and going late at night and early in the morning, it was far from relaxing. The staff was helpful with a special request for a kettle for our room. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.
