Towels were stained with what appeared to be black stuff that was washed but stayed stained afterward. Breakfast a joke - cold cereal, juice....nothing hot like eggs, sauage, etc...... Felt certain fear staying at this hotel with the rooms outside.....people roaming around late looked "creepy." Would not stay here again.
There were bugs in the room and the tub was not clean
The girl at the desk was great and helpful. However when management came he didn’t even care about my situation and didn’t even try to help.
i like where the place is just not clean at all i got a non smoking room and it smelt like a cig so bad it was awfull i could barely stand it an just wasnt clean like should of been

The hotel is nice and updated, especially for the price. The staff however, was not great. We arrived very late (around 1am) and since the front door was locked we knocked. The front desk person was sitting directly in front of us but could not hear the knocking after 5 minutes because he had earbuds in. We finally ended up calling the front desk and got him to let us in. His whole demeanor seemed like we were interrupting him even though we had made a reservation. I am 6 months pregnant and had asked for extra pillows at the desk, but he said he did not have access to housekeeping so was unable to get them. A little frustrating, but again overall a nice hotel for the rate.

This hotel was filthy, unsanitary, and unsafe. There was black mold in the tub. The room smelled horrific-musty and dirty smelling like the a.c. hadn't been turned on all summer and it was 95 degrees outside. exposed wiring on one outlet, and only wires where the smoke detector should have been.
When we booked this room we requested a roll away and when we arrived we inquired again. I was told he would check into the availability and he would call me. That didn't happen so we check again later and we were told they didn't have roll away beds. We had to purchase an air mattress from walmart. My daughter slept on it and got tore up by what we assume was bed bugs and now has a massive rash. Now we are decontaminating our things just in case.

Just looking to rest for the nite between florida and michigan. No frills. Old, smelly, very low budget. Dont expect much and you will get it. Old tv, toilet dont flush well. (Afraid to drop a duece in it). Poor attempt at breakfast. Looking to lay your head for a couple hours, it'll work. Very cheap and not kept up well.
My room was supposed to be non-smoking but it had obviously been a smoking room. There were gnats in the room and it smelled very bad. The next morning the toilet had leaked in the bathroom. That night was very uncomfortable. When I notified management they were extremely accommodating and moved me to another room. The rest of my stay was much better. Just check your room before you stay. I can look over because they were remodeling with new management.
I've stayed here before and will again..I don't know why they have such a low rate

I am sorry to hear that your stay was so unenjoyable. I can guarantee that you were not in any danger on our property as i am a single woman and have several other single ladies that stay here with no problems that group you referred to is actually a good hard- working group of men who stay here when working in town they do not bother anyone, they actually would help anyone who needed it. Some of our towels and other items in the rooms are abused by other guest who think its ok to dye your hair or clean your car. we try hard everyday to repair and upkeep behind our guest to try and make stay enjoyable and I want to apologize for your stay not being that. we hope you might in future give us another chance ,as we are trying to improve everyday.
