Conveniently located off the Hwy. Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Pool for the kiddos and hot tub for mom and dad. Breakfast was really good. Both hot and cold items offered. Convenient to many restaurants, CVS, and grocery store if needed.... we would definitely stay again!
Filthy bathroom, room needed vacuuming, elevator floor sticky. Location great, staff polite and friendly. Last year this facility was fresh and new. It has become very run down and in need of maintenance!
If you are going to book this room, make sure you pay the extra to have a room with a view! It is well worth it!! You never have to get in your car again if you don't want to. You can walk out of the hotel and be at restaurants, shops, a movie theater, a park, or the history museum within seconds...and ...
The night desk guy was friendly, efficient and had a great sense of humor. The place is at an age where most chain motels are falling apart but this one was just fine. Day staff was friendly as well.
The room was smaller than expected but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. When we arrived back to our room sat night however it was obvious that someone had been in our NON SMOKinG room and was smoking. We called the front desk and a young man came up in a flash I mean almost tripped through the front door trying to spray odor spray. I told him it was obvious he knew about this and this was unacceptable. He apologized but that's all. The group staying beside of us was extremely loud all night. I'm glad we left Sunday morning
We spent the night near Knoxville and this hotel had a good rate. Bed was very comfy and the internet was good. Overall it was pretty basic.
Checked in late and room was ready, clean, what you would expect from HI. We had our 11 year old with us so it was a nice surprise to find out this Hampton Inn had llamas, yes llamas kept in the field immediately behind the hotel parking lot. I guess the owner has had them for years, there are 4 and it was fun to check them out. I guess there is a first for everything! Breakfast was great lots of options. Nice views. It was a quick 1 night stop but would definitely stay here again. Lots of local decor and history in the hotel too which was a nice touch!
I found this hotel on Orbitz. We needed a place to stay for our long drive home. Our room was outstanding. Clean, newly decorated, fridge, microwave and a beautiful pool inside. Extremely quiet too. Breakfast was really good and included. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
