Amazing location, convenient to downtown theaters and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Room was a bit dated and one of the elevators wasn't working making the wait time (for 18th floor) very long. Note parking is an extra cost not included in the room.

Everything was good . Loved the location, the setup and the staff was kind. Two things: parking was $40 per night which is pretty high . Also, I was a the fitness room lifting weights I changed the weight in the machine and when I did the bland fell on my head. This should be fixed right away. This is very dangerous and can give me or anyone else a concussion.
