No decent parking available. Only one elevator working. No bathtub. Nothing but lukewarm water, not even lukewarm, coming out of the bathroom sink faucets, even after running for several minutes. When I went to complaint the woman in front of me in line said a bed in her room was broken. The room key didn’t work well, and I had to go get it fixed. NO BREAKFAST! WHAT KIND OF HOLIDAY INN ON AN INTERSTATE DOESN’T PROVIDE AT LEAST CEREAL, TOAST AND JUICE!! A ridiculous price paid for an extremely disappointing experience.

Bed was comfortable and liked the Keurig in the room. Property is dated but doesn’t affect stay except for the shower , which had low pressure, difficult to adjust temperature, and the shower faucet was loose. Parking good. Did not want to pay the $15/person for breakfast.

Amazing Experience

This hotel was amazing. First time staying in Knoxville area. The front desk staff was very helpful very friendly. Any question I had they answered didn’t know this place had a full bar and restaurant and they had karaoke. The bartender. Manny was amazing the female bartender as well just a great time. Stayed there for three days. Definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the Knoxville area.

We got stuck having to stay 3 days instead of one because of the large winter storm an could not get threw to Ohio from fla, I ask the desk if I could get a break on the price since we were stranded , they said no ! So sad ..
