The staff was great. The room was really nice. Breakfast was good. The hotel overall was super clean. In the pictures there is a pool and when we got there we were told that the pool has been shut down for almost a year. My girls were really disappointed. Read the fine print, because I also wasn't aware about $25 a night parking and a $50 safety deposit. Overall a good stay. But I did feel mislead over the pool. Had I known we probably would have booked another hotel because thats one of the things I always try to make sure the hotel has for my girls.

"Our stay was fantastic! The location is unbeatable—right across from the Convention Center and a short walk to Market Square. The room was spotless and the hydromassage shower was a great touch after a long day of walking. We also loved the hot breakfast every morning. This hotel was so nice and felt upscale. Cookies, hot cocoa with marshmallows & crushed peppermint candies to add, and coffee out at all times. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel, so many options. We loved the view from our room of the beautiful old church and we enjoyed walking to the lively downtown area with a skating rink in Market Square. The only negative was that the thermostat would not allow us to set it lower than 68 degrees. We could set it higher but not lower. It was too hot while we tried to sleep. We needed to be able to lower the temperature to be more comfortable. We did appreciate the white noise machine just wish it was a real fan since we were hot.
