Before I booked this stay, I checked about bringing my small dog. The site only said "Pets are welcomed". But when I checked in they told me I had to pay $100 for my little dog to sleep in this room we already paid $117 for me my wife and daughter. I will never stay here again!

Front desk staff was kind. Busy weekend so can’t expect perfect. Valet was stressed yet standing around so we self-parked. No problem. Room wasn’t cleaned 100%. Seems someone may had been in there between the cleaners and us. They had a really cute welcome bag for our dog even though she ended up not coming.

The staff was incredible from check in to valet. Rooms were great as was the restaurant. Even the Starbucks was fantastic - which is not usually the case for hotel Starbucks, in my experience. Only issue was elevator wait times which can’t be helped when it’s game day!!

They only had one elevator working. They got the second elevator working soon after our arrival. They did not give guests any breaks on price for their parking or buffet. The buffet was $27.95 plus taxes. To me that absolutely uncalled for. You could walk about 1/2 mile to find another place to eat. But, unfortunately I am handicapped and have trouble walking.

The staff was excellent and there were plenty of food and drink options in the hotel and close by. The elevator situation was terrible. An elevator was being repaired and we had to walk down the stairs numerous times from the 14th floor. It took us 30 Minutes to leave even though all our things were packed up.
