Well located property that is very close to the main square and dining options. Hotel overall is good with friendly staff. Only ding is the rooms feel a little dated, especially the bathrooms. But the bed was very comfortable. Lastly, there can be a bit of a wait for the elevators but it was graduation weekend and busy.

Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Loved the outdoor fire pit. We learned there were planned renovations and they are needed to update and refresh. Hope to return to Knoxville and stay again. It was a clean, safe, comfortable stay.
