Very nice room. King bed standard. Staff are very nice and helpful. The shuttle is convenient.

This Hilton has seen a better day... worn hotel surrounded by run down area of closed old properties. Staff were pleasant but did NOT enforce masks indoors. Should mark the elevators not to hold more than two people unless family members due to COVID-19 like Marriott does. Restaurant understaffed/poor.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and the door was “sealed” stating that the room had been cleaned with lysol. The only thing I didnt like is the fact that you have to pay to park.

Great location. Bed was amazing. They let me check in a little earlier and the front desk people were very nice. Thank you.

The hotel and staff working there were all amazing! It was close to the convention center which worked out perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the food in the lounge was great too! Thanks for an excellent stay and we hope to return to stay there next time we come to town.

The king sized bed dipped in the middle and gave me a backache. Felt itchy and like something was biting me and hope it wasn't bed bugs. The bed was HORRIBLE!!!

Slowwwwww elevators. Also self parking or valet parking were both expensive options. Food in restaurant-omg! Don’t do it!! Water in room expired and fan in bathroom but no switch to turn on or off! Weird. Nice people and clean bed.

Great location in downtown Knoxville. Convenient to UTK and Market Square.

Upon check-in our truck would not fit in the parking deck. We were told we would have to do Valet parking. So we did. Everytime we would come to retrieve our truck it would take them forever to bring it around so we started just picking up our keys at valet and going and retriving it ourselves. Then we noticed so many other trucks parked on sidewalks and anywhere they could squeeze them. The valet service was backed up so bad and only one to two valet men available at a time. They need to get the parking garage upgraded so valet is not over used! It makes no sence for us to have to go get the vehicle ourselves .....otherwise we would have had to wait in line for it! Other than that the hotel was nice and clean. Water pressure was aweful on the 13th floor but that is to be expected. Maid did not fill up tissue bin when she was cleaning the room so if you need something specific you may have to call front desk. I needed tissues because i have a cold and expected the tissue bin to be filled up. One other thing....even if we dont use the $3.75 water left in the room the staff needs to change the bottles out every so often. The water has bubbles all at the top like it has been sitting there a long time! Did not look fresh.
