Stainless steel ice bucket with no glasses-not even clear plastic ones. Instead we get paper/styrafoam cups.

Very convenient location between campus and market square making both a short walk. Very pleased with everything!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again, they also wore masks and emphasized safety which isn’t found everywhere in this area.

The hotel is very clean and modern. However, it was loud and noisy during the stay we had. So if you’re looking for a quiet location this is not it.

Property was nice. Close to convention center. No microwave in rooms. Room was right next to elevator which was noisy.

This Hilton has seen a better day... worn hotel surrounded by run down area of closed old properties. Staff were pleasant but did NOT enforce masks indoors. Should mark the elevators not to hold more than two people unless family members due to COVID-19 like Marriott does. Restaurant understaffed/poor.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and the door was “sealed” stating that the room had been cleaned with lysol. The only thing I didnt like is the fact that you have to pay to park.

Great location. Bed was amazing. They let me check in a little earlier and the front desk people were very nice. Thank you.

Loved the property staff was friendly and amazing. Loved my location of my room.. Hated the parking to expensive. But overall i rate this facilty a 9

The hotel and staff working there were all amazing! It was close to the convention center which worked out perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the food in the lounge was great too! Thanks for an excellent stay and we hope to return to stay there next time we come to town.
