Bed sucked-felt springs through the mattress pad. All else was wonderful.
hotel had strange smell when we walked in the lobby, and room also. A bit like urine smell.
Overal Very nice. One recommendation, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Can see vent, but does not seem to be working, the moistures exists after bath.
Great location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions. Front desk staff was very knowledgeable about surrounding areas. Lovely area to sit outside by the fire with a beer in the evening. The rooms were the standard room, nothing special.
Great hotel, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom.
Stay was good - not a two room suite like the Embassy Suites and no free breakfast but a good location. Valet was $18 plus tip but parking is $13. No hassle with taking our two small dogs. Took them across the street to do their business. No microwave in the room tho, but then most hotels seem to be phasing that out. Bar closes at Midnight even on a Saturday.
Great place to be on game day as hotel is buzzing with fans.
This was a very nice and clean hotel. Located in walking distance to everything a travel could need. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly
Great location to UT campus and downtown Knoxville. Walked down to Tennessee river for amazing downtown sights. Solid hotel, good bar/restaurant, Starbucks in lobby perfect for our college student to be in the morning. Nice fire pit outside.
Great location. Friendly staff. Nice beds. Will stay here again if in Tennessee.
Great view of the river and school from our room. Clean and comfortable. Short walk from the market square
Very good experience at the Hilton... Had a great time...room service was excellent...good location
We really enjoyed our trip through Knoxville, this is our 2nd time and our 2nd time with this hotel. We love it and you can walk to the market square, great stuff between it and the square. We ate, watched Shakespeare on the Square, did a little shopping. Love it.
For the money and the location, it would be hard to beat the Hilton. It's definitely showing its age in a place or two, but the rooms were very clean and the staff was great. Only problem was that my key card to exit the garage wouldn't work, which caused a huge, embarrassing traffic jam in the parking garage.
Great place to stay if you are in Knoxville. Close to University and Old Town.
Pretty great hotel close to everything. The only issue I the extra fee for the parking and no breakfast. Overall good experience.
Staff was great very helpful... Nice view of knoxville.. Very close to the market and dining.. Great place to stay for a football game.. Will return again and again
The front desk lady didn't really know what she was doing. She must have been new. Everything was pretty average. Nothing spectacular except it was centrally located and clean.
We were in Knoxville for a wedding, and it was a good place for us to stay, convenient to all the wedding party venues.
Great hotel. Restaurant , bar and Starbucks in it. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants and very clean.
