The decor was adorable and so Tennessee! The location could not be better.

Attention to detail is off the charts. It’s a mash up of patterns Hated the music playing all night long-

Love the theme carried through everywhere. Everything was very clean and unique, the staff was really friendly.

We stayed here while school was out it was not crowded and that was great for us. The restaurant Saloon 16 was great!!

Matthew at the front desk was amazing, taking extra time to giv eme some great suggestions on things to do and places to go. Had a mix up in valet and they inadvertantly brought our vehicle around for another guest. When we asked why it had been moved and they explained, they allowed us to keep our keys instead of leaving with valet. This made my husband feel much better. Room was excellent, lobby was very inviting.

Arrived at 7 and our room was not ready. Staff was nice enough but this was inexcusable. The room was noisy and the bed uncomfortable. All of which was bad enough but this was an expensive hotel. I would not recommend.

I tried contacting them, but never heard back. I was unable to make my reservation do to car trouble. They still charged me the entire amount and I still have not heard back.

If you like to be “nickle & dime” then this place is for you. Parking 20 dollars if you want to park at the property, 3 dollars for Battled water, 3 dollar for breakfast sandwich, etc.

Great location for attending TN Volunteers football game. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for future Knoxville stays.

Positives: The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Negatives: The mandatory valet service was caught being abusive to my car and locking up the brakes. No management was on the property to handle the situation. Also, I don’t believe that the pictures accurately represent the condition of the hotel. It looks older and more worn in person. There are better options in Knoxville at a similar price. I will choose another hotel in future visits.

It’s in a great location if you wish to be able to walk around the Univ of Tennessee and to nearby restaurants. Be aware that you have to valet your car. I liked the convenience and the bed and room were comfortable. However the pillows in my room were pretty worn out. Friendly staff.

Easy check-in! Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff!

Close to UT, World Fair Park, suggest if your are unable walk, this area has lots of HILLS. There are lots of fast food options. Down the great pizza, Magic Mushroom.

No parking, valet only at 10.00 per night. Over the hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was attentive and friendly.

Nice - former Hilton Garden Inn. Good breakfast buffet for 12.95.
