Everything was tiptop. Only downfall was no on-site parking.

Lovely property—wonderful decor, sumptuous bed and linens. Do not pay more than $235-$275 for this room though. Room is small, had a view of the A/C units, there’s no pool and paid $450 a night. It is wonderfully located; right on campus and across the street from restaurants and shops but not worth that.

The location was right next to campus, So it had a great location and only a mile from downtown, which was nice. The rooms were adorable but small. The biggest negative was that the lobby smelled like an Abercrombie & Fitch, really overwhelming cologne/perfume smell. It must be Febreeze or some other plug in smell.

Surprised by $26/day parking fee. No kettle in room. No exhaust fan in bath. We were comfortable and treated well by the staff.

Located next to University of Tennessee, we checked in on a Saturday night and there were hundreds of college kids out into all hours of the night. Loud music, loud exhausts, and a bunch of loud drunk chicks screaming “wooo” all night. The only thing that somewhat blocked out the noise was the horrible rattling of the air conditioner. The next morning we took a walk to Starbucks, about 1/4 of a mile from the hotel. The streets were covered with fast food trash, empty truly cans and plastic cups, and spilled drinks or more likely vomit. So if red solo cup parties are your thing, then this is the hotel for you!

such a unique spot. so well decorated and clean, great service

Adorable design, everything was clean and smelled nice, plus friendly staff

The decor was adorable and so Tennessee! The location could not be better.

Attention to detail is off the charts. It’s a mash up of patterns Hated the music playing all night long-

Love the theme carried through everywhere. Everything was very clean and unique, the staff was really friendly.

We stayed here while school was out it was not crowded and that was great for us. The restaurant Saloon 16 was great!!

Matthew at the front desk was amazing, taking extra time to giv eme some great suggestions on things to do and places to go. Had a mix up in valet and they inadvertantly brought our vehicle around for another guest. When we asked why it had been moved and they explained, they allowed us to keep our keys instead of leaving with valet. This made my husband feel much better. Room was excellent, lobby was very inviting.

Arrived at 7 and our room was not ready. Staff was nice enough but this was inexcusable. The room was noisy and the bed uncomfortable. All of which was bad enough but this was an expensive hotel. I would not recommend.

I tried contacting them, but never heard back. I was unable to make my reservation do to car trouble. They still charged me the entire amount and I still have not heard back.

If you like to be “nickle & dime” then this place is for you. Parking 20 dollars if you want to park at the property, 3 dollars for Battled water, 3 dollar for breakfast sandwich, etc.
