The person who registered us looked very unprofessional and was not very pleasant. She then had to go and check to see if the room had been cleaned yet. This was at four o'clock in the afternoon! The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The sheets were rough and scratchy. Certainly the last time we stay at a Red Roof Inn.

Clean and affordable great for the price we only stayed one night

The hotel staff was very accommodating to all my needs. I have already booked another stay at the hotel.

Vomit in and around pool. Stayed for 3 days..it was never cleaned up. Had something spilled on the heater which means room was not properly cleaned before my stay...was not cleaned the entire duration of my stay. Maid had kids with her. Breakfast..if you can even call it that..was horrible

The staff was so nice and friendly. The room was clean with the comfy bed. Recommend this hotel.

This motel was awesome from the get-go. The lady at check-in was SO nice, warm & welcoming. Our room was clean, AC on & cooling, large flat screen TV and comfortable beds. The pool was at the end of the hall. It was clean & heated. They even furnished a rack of 'pool towels' to use and a basket for used ones. I'll definitely stay here again if I need a room in Knoxville.

The night staff was really friendly when we checked in and very helpful but the morning staff wasn't! She wasn't clean (her shirt was dirty and her hair was totally disheveled) plus she would look at you as if you were a bother to her! The bathroom could use some extra cleaning!

Overall we had a nice experience. The only concern was that our room was adjacent to the laundry room. The dryer did end at 6 pm and did not start back up until around 9:30 am. Thankfully we did not want to sleep in. The hotel is convenient to Knoxville and surrounding attractions. The price was the best part due to working within a budget.

The place needs a update. Maintenance was ok, but you could tell that they are in a patch it and go mode.

The building definitely shows it age. The breakfast is similar to that of other hotels. No complaint. The staff is very friendly.

This was everything you want in a room: Clean, comfortable, quiet, good staff, quiet A/C, temperature control held constant termperature - no 2AM Freeze. Breakfast is a true continental breakfast - no sausage, eggs or such. Great waffles plus biscuts and gravy, English muffins and other toastables. No complaints and a reasonable price.

The location for our overall trip was perfect, friendly staff and good breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel as a halfway point on a motorcycle trip to South Carolina. It was reasonably priced, clean rooms and bathrooms and a quiet area. We decided on the trip home to stay again since we had such a good experience. They have an indoor pool, which we wished had been outdoors since it was so nice out, but that didn't make or break our choice to stay. It's a great place if you're passing through and need the basics.

The Red Roof Inn offered us just what we wanted -- a clean, affordable, convenient waypoint between NJ & Dallas. We would stay there again if we were passing through.

It was convenient stop on our trip to Florida, room was clean and comfortable, but not a place you want for a longer stay.

There was no elevator - I was OK with being assigned to a room on 2nd floor, but others may not. Couldn't find it because directions didn't say which way to turn as you exited the highway. It was not listed on the lodging signs as you exit the highway and there was no outside lighting. No one answered the phone when I called.

The front desk person was very nice. The bathroom was run down. The bed was very uncomfortable.

good stop for a night stay

a pool for the grandsons.

Overall we had a nice experience. The only concern was that our room was adjacent to the laundry room. The dryer did end at 6 pm and did not start back up until around 9:30 am. Thankfully we did not want to sleep in. The hotel is convenient to Knoxville and surrounding attractions. The price was the best part due to working within a budget.
