The outside of the hotel was dirty and some screens were falling off the windows. It was clean inside, but outside needs some work. I wouldnt stay there again.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff

Really nice red roof very clean granddaughter said the pool was too cold and small but i didn't have the chance to check it out the only problem i had was the beds they were very uncomfortable the staff was very friendly as always in red roof inns

The price point and location is great. Unfortunately, it is pet friendly, too pet friendly facility. We walked upstairs to our room and the hallway wreaked of animal urine and cigarette smoke. I let the front desk know twice and it does not appear they made any attempt to remedy the situation. The room was clean and adequate as we only needed a clean safe space to sleep while running around. Needless to say, we won’t be staying there again and book a neighboring, hopefully, better maintained hotel. As info, it was a UT home game weekend else I woulda left and not stayed at all.

Kind of gross honestly

The hotel is not nearly as clean and nice as it looks in the pictures. One of our beds had brown and yellow stained sheets. There were no smoking signs on every door, yet the neighbors down the hall were clearly smoking marijuana. The entire second floor was saturated by the smell. The sign is so weathered that you can’t see the logo. Not great.

We stay here every year to visit our son at U. Tenn. It is a convenient ride and much cheaper than staying near campus. The room is stripped down to very basic. No frills. However, the price reflects this, so it is good value. If all you want to do is sleep, and not spend much time in the room, this is the place.

Got there late after driving all afternoon and evening. Person on duty was nice and friendly. Room was not very far to walk to. Drink and snack machines close to front desk. Pamphlets and coupons on a table for restaurants which is nice. Room was good, just outdated. Bathroom counters need some work. Room had refrigerant, microwave, tv, coffee maker and a safe. Got blow dryer from front desk person, as I called ahead to find out if available. Overall good place to stay for a night or two
