Clean room. The bed was hard to get in and out of. I'm 5'2" I had to get on the board base to get to the matress. Nice room for a business person desk and chair but no comfortable chair to watch tv. Loved that the bathroom had a nite lite. Also the no slip shower floor was very nice. For an older person it was hard to squeeze the product bottles but the soap and lotion wete very nice. The towels and wash cloth very plush. This is set up to be a very family friendly hotel. I wanted a quieter, weary traveler vib. Your staff were perfect. Oh and I don't know what the breakfast meat was but it wasn't meat.

Moving to TN

Overall everything was fine. A little noisy especially near the elevator. If you want quiet ask for a room farther away from the elevator. The room was fine and the Hotel was fine.

This has become our go-to place to stay when visiting the University of Tennessee. It's clean, quiet and the staff is amazing! Love that they have a laundry facility to help our college kiddo out!

Gabby at check in was wonderful. She was very helpful and suggested places to eat. She encouraged me to join the rewards program which I did. The Hotel looks nice and offered many amenities such as free coffee, fruit and cookies. They have wonderful soaps and lotions and plenty of towels. The sheets were clean and white. They offered nice channels such as HBO. CONS: The floor was sticky in the room and the toilet base on the sides had hair and dust. The biggest problem was at 4 am I get up to use the bathroom and there was a large female German roach on the sink. I killed it and saw it had eggs. I immediately woke my husband, and we unpacked everything and repacked it to make sure no roaches climbed into our bags. We saw a second roach on the wall run behind the bench. We went down to tell the desk and Hayden was not too concerned or surprised, said to email a picture to the desk manager and he could not comp my room but they probably would. He asked if were checking out or wanted breakfast. Umm no thank you. So we got up at the crack of dawn and hurriedly left when we planned on sleeping in and enjoying a breakfast. I emailed the picture to management and have yet to hear from them or corporate. I am very disappointed and angry that I am being dismissed. I guess they don't need my patronage. Tru looked like a beautiful princess but ended up being a pig with lipstick on.
