Recent guest reviews

There were bugs crawling across the desk, scurrying behind the mini-fridge, and going through cracks in the bathroom wall. We left the room after 5 minutes, and then waited 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to show up at the desk. Calls to the desk went unanswered. Then the clerk who finally showed up didn't know how to refund my money, and told me we would get a call the next day. We never did get a call from them, nor did we ever get a call from Orbitz customer service who said they would call us back. We were charged for Orbitz for this abominable room even though we left and went to another hotel and paid again.

Usually i attribute Comfort Inns on the same level as a discount buffet, bland but sufficiently adequate. This Comfort Inn though, its on a much higher level. I would give thus a 3-4 star rating along side Embassy Suites. The french doors separating the living quarters, multiple TVs, set after set of fluffy towels did nothing compared to the comfortable bed, blankets and ODOR FREE pillows. I will definitely choose this hotel again when im in Knoxville.

Clean lobby & room. Convenient location. The only negative was that they might possibly have the slowest elevator in the Western Hemisphere. Luckily, I was only on the 3rd floor, and was able to make it to my room in a reasonable time, without too much grunting, sweating, and/or swearing. Staff was nice. I'd stay again.. on the 2nd floor or lower.

Check in was tiring, the receptionist seemed confused about Checking in guests who had booked thru other travel agencies And about providing copies of guests billing from hotel to t guests.. Seemed rudely adamant that I Would Not b receiving a copy Of my paid charged amt for my room, for my own personal Files...from the Hotel itself ( front deal) upon my Ck out because I had booked thru a travel agency she said... Never had that happen at Any other hotel they always provided me w hotel Copy that my balance w hotel stay was paid or Zero$ gpfound this very very strange?. Have been traveling domestic and international for yrs and was Always provided copy for me personally to take w me?...

We were traveling and needed a place to rest for the night before we could reach our destination. Looked up reviews on several hotels near the interstate. This one had the highest. Booked through Orbitz ( online) and got a great room for a great price too! We will stay there again for sure as we make this trip once a year!!

Nice hotel but the Orbitz room is basically a closet next to the elevator. Mattress sank into the middle of the bed.

The room was a deluxe suite. We came into town for a concert. We did not want to leave as the bed is so very comfortable. The room was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again!!!

My friend and I checked in in the middle of the night after the race at Bristol. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was a little cold but was easily adjusted. The bed was AMAZING! And there were two sets of pillows: firm and soft! It was wonderful! The bathroom was so spacious, but the bedroom and the living area were a little tight. The breakfast was actually delicious, which I never say. Checkout was easy as well.

This hotel was way more than I expected for the price. The room was extremely nice with a super comfortable bed and the best pillows I have ever laid my head on. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except it took 30 minutes to check in.
