Holiday Inn Express & Suites Knoxville-Farragut

After staying in some independently owned hotels along this trip, I must admit this particular Holiday Inn room was very sterile -- a bit disappointing when I opened the door-- but was so tired I didn't ask for another room. Of course course the window didn't open for fresh air, and I wouldn't anyway-- my room was just above all the HVAC out/ intakes for the entire hotel, so although I paid extra for the distance from I-70 to get a good night's sleep-- there was the noise from the HVAC system-- ugh. Breakfast was unimpressive-- and the carpet in the lobby was wet so there were loud fans going in the lobby too. Quiet wasn't an option and I left not feeling refreshed next morning.

Right off the express way. Easy to hop right on with out going threw side streets.

Experience fine, very nice room. Check in engaging, very pleasant. When leaving at 4 am I did not encounter any staff. I need a receipt for my expense report. Location of hotel very convenient being close to hwy. please forward me a receipt of my stay.

Excellent experience. Quiet, clean, perfect location for an event in the area.

Nothing really to review here. Nothing bad, but nothing stands out as overwhelmingly great. Clean property, nice people.

This was a near-perfect experience. Everything was well appointed, clean and a fresh new look about the hotel. Great staff accomodated me upon my early arrival into the area for an early afternoon Family Reunion start time. The only negative that interrupted a great rest, was the drain noise at 4:30am, that was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake both my wife and I thinking a pipe or something in our room had broken. Fortunately, it must have been a quick shower, as it subsided after about 5 minutes. If you can request a top floor room, it might be better if you are not an early riser. We also were on the back side of the hotel with pleasant views of a hillside, rather than on the interstate side which surely must have had at least some "road noise". The Frig and Microwave were a good touch. I will certainly stay here again when visiting my relatives in Faragut.

For our 1st anniversary, we just wanted a quiet time away and we had that at the hotel. It was close to shopping, eating and movies. Just a short drive from the hotel. We loved it and will do it again soon.

We were just passing through and needed a place for the night. We wanted a specific restaurant for dinner and an indoor pool for the children to use up some energy. This hotel is close to the restaurant we wanted (not walking) and the pool stays open until 10p. Great! It was very clean and had a great breakfast with cereal, pancakes, eggs and meat. I would definitely choose it again.

Room had two Queen beds. Would have preferred a queen bed with a sofa.

We were looking for a place to stay as we were just passing through in an area we had never been. It was convenient to the interstate. Had a nice pool to relax in after a day driving. Then an amazing included breakfast with pancakes and an actually good breakfast to get you going for the day. Was very worth it, the water pressure was perfect. The staff was very nice as well. Would definitely stay there again even for more then just a stop through. The only thing that was bad was they are doing road construction and our GPS wasn't the most up to date and so we ended up down a small road in a moving truck. The evening staff even helped me find a good spot to park the big truck so it would be out of the way and easy to get in and out.

Booked this place as a mid stop on northern trip home. Great great location. Shops and plenty of restaurants just across the freeway 3min away. Clean establishment, AM breakfast was sufficient. Good service from staff, shower was hot. A classic HInn Express but perfect location in W.Knox. to freeway, gas, shops, and dining.

I like the location of this hotel because it far enough from downtown to avoid traffic, but close enough to be able to go where you need to go. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My granddaughter really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is the one thing that needed improvement...cereal was stale....

Great location and rooms.

Turkey creek shopping center was right around the corner. Away from all the traffic, so it was quiet in the area. Very friendly staff and good complimentary breakfast. We recommend a weekend stay and will book again in the future.

very nice and very convenient.

Stayed for UT football weekend, short drive to many things. Very friendly staff

This hotel was just a pit stop on our way from columbus to Florida, so we got in kind of late. The hotel staff was very helpful and took care of everything we needed. The rooms were very nice and clean. I think the hotel must have been very new or just redecorated. Our room had a jacuzzi tub in the actual bed area, which i had never seen before. It was a little strange but still very enjoyable. The beds were very cozy and comfortable and there was a nice sized flatscreen tv to watch if you wanted. The breakfast in the morning was good. nothing spectacular but it had all the basics and plenty to choose from. This wa the first time i had planned and gone on a trip without my parents and I found it very easy and enjoyable. no problems with the booking or anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

this was first experience with Orbitz and Holiday Inn Express. Very satisfied with results from both organizations. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly plus accomadating by adding two additional rooms for family members at close to the last minute. Definitely recommend this location and chain of hotels for customer service and price.

Poor Front Desk Staff, Rooms dirty, bathroom dirty.
