The staff at Hampton inn -Cedar Bluff is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable of the business as well as the area. I have stayed here twice within the last year, highly recommend staying. Think my next visit will be later in the spring/ summer when the outdoor pool is open. That is one amenity that I have not had the chance to experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean everywhere. The bed was a little too firm for me and it made a lot of noise when you moved around on it. The breakfast was ok but it needed better protein options especially for the diabetics. There were too many carbs and sugars offered

The pillows were the worst ever. It felt like towels stuffed into a pillow case. My jaw actually hurts now 18 hours later. The room was large but even with all the lights on it was still dark. The view was good.
