Well we stayed here the first time and had a great experience, so decided to book here again. Great check in experience. Got to the room and smelled like rotten broccoli/something died in the room. Could not move us to another room. All sold out. Asked for some Lysol and able to provide for that. The phone was not clean. Bathroom musty and not enough towels. Woke up in the morning and had no Lysol left. Breakfast was ok. People did not follow Covid protocol, was crowded. Not great. Invited the manager up to room and offered to comp room. Orbitz processed return quickly after speaking to manager. Overall, may consider staying here again. First experience was wonderful.

Standart quality level of Hampton Inn. Convenience Breakfast etc. Wifi was bit poor, but working. Cleaness , staff etc ..perfect.

We were placed in a room in the renovation zone of the hotel. That created a different environment than a normal one in a Hampton Inn. The breakfast and breakfast service was outstanding.

Breakfast was marginal. Egg white frittata was bland, dry. Sausage was pretty tasteless. Been to other Hampton Inns where breakfast was much better. No tub in bathroom. Would have liked to been told. Hallway musty, moldy smelling.

Nothing exceptional.. disappointed in the bed. Have grown to expect great beds at the Hampton.. disappointed with this, everything else good.

I was there for the 2017 eclipse. The hotel was completely booked but it was obvious that they planned appropriately for the event. Staff was ready and helpful in providing tips as to where to view the event. Breakfast was an all hands on deck for staff, constantly replenishing food items and cleaning up. They did a fabulous job.

Check in was great but everything went downhill from there. 9:00pm not hot water no shower, 7:00am no hot water no shower. 9:00pm TV has no signal, called front des. They told me to unplug the TV and that should fix it. 9:15pm called the front desk again, still not tv. 9:30 they sent someone to check the TV. They were able to get a signal but the remote would not change channels. 10:00pm someone else comes to check the tv and finally got it to work. Refrig not working....at this point who cares. Check out time. My room rate was higher than my reservation by $30. That was supposed to be adjusted but I haven't seen it on my CC charge. Asked the front desk at check out about the no hot water issue....their response was "well I guess there were lots of shower happening.......AT 9PM AND 7AM....Give me a break. Don't think Ill be staying there again.

Very tired when we arrived but the staff and accommodations made us feel right at home.
