Nice restaurants on property
I nicked one star for not having a microwave in each room. Staff did provide one when requested.
Just a lovely place, right in the center of downtown Knoxville and the UT area. Service was very good in all areas, I enjoyed the convenient bar/breakfast room. Additionally, there was a "turn down" service which I haven't experienced in some time and greatly enjoyed. Also, the valet charged my EV overnight which was another unexpected but appreciated extra.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We’ve stayed here before. I would’ve considered 5 stars but the water/shower temperature was at best lukewarm, independent of time of day. Breakfast starts rather late at 7:00 including in room dining. The staff, location, food and drinks were still excellent!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Room was very nice with every amenity I prefer. Coffee bar set up in lobby all day. Property located on historic World’s Fair area perfect for walking and enjoying park and fountain. Great walking distance to downtown and Market Square. Hope to visit again.
The property is across the street from the Convention Center and near the World's Fair Park. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant. The Caesar Salad was terrific. We were told that there was a shuttle to downtown but our stay was too short to experience that. We definitely would return.
Beautiful rooms, great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Excellent service in restaurant and front desk. Hotel close to Market street downtown and walking distance to U Tenn.

This was a little luxury. The staff was exceptionally attentive. We stayed in the double king room and we’re surprised with the extra shower. It was so spacious and extremely comfortable. Convenient location to convention center and short walk from downtown. They had complementary shuttle service to downtown which was great given rainy weather!

Stayed during a week long trip from northern Virginia to Tennessee and back. This was the only hotel I wasn’t ready to leave. Awesome in every way. The wife and I are already planning a return to Knoxville just to stay here again.
