Check in- person behind desk ignored me while looking at a computer screen. finally asked "can I help you with something." me "checking in" her- you're room is probably not ready." it was only 2:30. but she gave me keys for later since I had family to go visit. Later- pull down sheets on bed- They are obviously dirty. To their credit they had somebody to come change sheets within 10 minutes. Now the sheets weren't folded, all rolled up, but they at least looked clean. Next night- pull down sheets on bed- piece of plastic appears. Hot water wasn't, barely luke warm, no matter how long we let the water run.

Picked this hotel as a half way stopping point between St Louis and Myrtle Beach. Was a great location with excellent restaurants right next door. Most of the staff was pleasant, especially the breakfast lady! Hotel room was fine and hotel was clean.

Very nice comfortable hotel, close to interstate. Made our journey home enjoyable.

Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

We arrived late in the evening. Check in was fast and they had a suite that was very comfortable for our family of 5. Just what we needed after a long day on the road.

This exit is halfway for us on the long route to see my parents, so we stop here frequently. This makes the 5th or 6th hotel we've stayed at now at The Strawberry Plains exit & I can honestly say I think it's my favorite. Slightly cheaper than what's comparable, and has a great indoor pool/hot tub area with chairs/tables/lounge chairs to let the kiddos unwind after being cramped up in the car! There's a bathroom in the pool facility (a MUST for someone with small children!) and the workout room is connected with a big glass window if you'd like to stay within visible distance but need to unwind, yourself. The breakfast is comparable to other warm breakfasts at other hotels also - with waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy, breakfast potatoes, biscuits & other continental breakfast staples. For any like me that might think "Best Western" can tend to be sub-par comparatively, I think you'll be delightfully surprised. We will definitely be back & think we've found our faithful choice!

I wrote a long list of grievances in my last review, but my last review was rejected. I did not violate any of the issues listed that would make my previous review ineligible, so if you are just fishing for positive reviews, you won't find one here.

Just a 2 night stay in Knoxville post business trip and whilst visiting family. Hotel easy to find, convenient for fast food outlets and gas stations. Room did smell a bit like a dog had been kept in it but otherwise the place was good. Friendly staff.

Would have been great were it not for the fact that we had no hot water the night we stayed there......it happens.

Many times the information posted online and reality are 2 very different things. This was not the case with this hotel. The first thing I noticed is the outside looked just like the pictures posted on their website. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the wifi worked great. I was also impressed with the pool and hot tub. The water was just right not too hot and not too cold. We also enjoyed breakfast there was plenty to choose from eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits & gravy, or just plain cereal. I thought the desk clerk could work on his people skills a little bit. He wasn't rude but talked very fast and didn't really impress me. Other than that we had a very nice stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was Great!

Hotel was clean and close to downtown Knoxville. Beds were a little firm for me but not bad. Room was clean and staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

I stopped in Saturday for a concert downtown Knoxville. I liked this location because it was close to the highway and toward my wanted way to Pigeon Forge for Sunday shopping. The room was clean and comfy. The room was pretty amazing. I liked the mini fridge. As soon as I got into the bed I passed out. I was awoken by people slamming doors on my floor around 7:30am on Sunday however, but I would definitely stay here again.

To start off the room wasn't ready at 3:00 Like it was supposed to be.Hot tub wasn't very hot like it should have been .Asked for smoke free room and we was put in one and couldn't get moved.poor weekend.

There are better stays in the area for the money. Wasn't impressed but a clean bed at least.

Non-smoking room smelled smokey. Called front desk & clerk came right up. He said smell was coming from A/C & filter was dirty. However, hallway carpeting also had the smell. If you have allergies, I would not recommend staying here. Location was good and a nearby restaurant, Puelo's was very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff on our overnight stop on a long trip. Very nice rooms and great complimentary breakfast .

had 4 rooms. Staff was very nice. Nice lobby. rooms comfortable

I booked this hotel for our Sales Rep due to the location and reviews. He said it was an average overnight stay.
