Outdated facility—an old analog tv, few outlets in room, hard mattress, etc. seemed like an old hotel formerly under another brand downgraded to bay not. Breakfast had very little—coffee, juice, packaged sweet rolls—but no toast, muffins, cereal, milk. And no seating tho plenty of room for distanced tables. Room to room noise was very evident. OK for sleeping but nothing more.

By far the worst hotel I have ever checked into.My brother and niece stayed in the room next to us and ended up getting bit up by what I am guessing was bedbugs! Our room reeked of smoke but this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Also there was pee on the bathroom floor upon arrival as well as a sinking mattress for us to sleep on. We complained and they moved us into a room that was not much better. The pool is not heated like they say and they provide dried out fruit for breakfast. I tried to extend our stay for one day and front desk told me that there was a restriction on my account therefore I couldn’t stay longer. I’m still trying to find out how an empty, mediocre smoke filled hotel could turn down my money! Avoid this hotel at all cost!

All the amenities were suspended because of COVID 19 but that’s not their fault. The room was fine for an overnight stay, my only real complaint is that for the third time in four stays at a Wyndham property there was only one packet of regular coffee for a double room.

Location was good for us. The room was clean and the property was well kept.

My stay was pleasant - the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortably firm. There was a very comfortable chair with ottoman in the room -- very nice touch! The staff were very nice, helpful and down-to-earth. I really wished I had known there was a year-round, indoor heated pool -- I would have brought my swimming suit! They also provided a decent breakfast and coffee. I'm not picky, so there will not be a long list of every little thing that was wrong with the room. However, there were a few opportunities for improvement: 1) The cabinet the refrigerator was in was ready to fall apart. 2) The pillows were just about non-existent. I really should have brought my own. However, by using the ones on the other bed, I was able to get comfortable and sleep VERY well.

Everything was great except the walls are way to thin. I would suggest rearranging the rooms so that the TVs in each room are back to back.

We didn’t use the pool because our stay was short but the pool set up was awesome! My kids were dying to get in. Our room smelled like smoke. It was nice but definitely needs some updating and a deep clean. The bed was comfy. The customer service was very good.

The room had no desk or chair. Just the bed. Water pressure was awful. The whole place smelled like smoke. Food at breakfast was limited and cheap. I didn’t have high expectations to begin with but I was still unpleasantly surprised.

The check in process was smooth, staff friendly. The area around the hotel is commercial/ industrial. The room was adequate, finishes updated. Breakfast had a variety of foods and staff was friendly.

Interesting design with the indoor pool area and the vaulted ceiling. Breakfast was very nice and the southern hospitality was refreshing. It was recently renovated with nice materials, but the installation was kind of slapped on in some areas, which is unfortunate and doesn't speak well to the local tradesmen. Apparently the locals treat it roughly, which caused the nonsmoking rooms to smell like anything but.

I’m still trying to find out how an empty, mediocre smoke filled hotel could turn down my money! Avoid this hotel at all cost!
