The first floor room area was being remodeled. I was not informed. The area of my room had construction tools near by. While the room appeared fairly clean, i awoke to congestion and swollen eyes. In leaving tbe room during the light of day, i observed numerous areas of mold, including next to the ice machine. I requested a manager. To this date, there has been no contact though requested.

The room we were in was recently renovated, there's still fresh paint smell. The hotel seems to be in the middle of a refresh, which is nice. Front desk is friendly, no breakfast as health precaution, pool has hot tub as well as separate kid pool. Pool is not heated. A family got pizza delivered to the pool despite no food and beverage sign. The infrastructure is older than kther Country Inn n Suites we have been to, but the upkeep and refresh effort are nice.

I like the size of the room. It also was updated and very clean. The breakfast was not what I had expected. Eggs with no meat is not mbreakfast.

Motel was dated. Undergoing renovation. Housekeeping poor, hallways not clean, breakfast area not restocked and room keys had to be constantly reprogrammed. Would not stay here again.

I rented 2 rooms and one of the rooms did not have curtains on the windows. Also there were no pictures on the walls! In the bathroom of that room there was no towel rack.

It was filthy. Shower floor was sticky. There was a pair of dirty socks under one of the beds. One of the fitted sheets had a hole in it, and the carpet was covered in stains. I was so uncomfortable that I barely slept. I would have switched hotels, but it was so late and I had just driven 9.5 hours. I'll never return to this chain.

For the price, this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while- clean, good amenities, good water pressure and very helpful staff!

The kids enjoyed that there was a pool (a little cool), a kiddie pool (warmer) and a hot tub.

I was pretty disappointed in this hotel. Before I booked it I checked reviews and pictures. It seemed to be a pretty good looking hotel and the price was comparable to other reputable hotel chains in the area. I have also stayed at another Country Inn & Suites before and had a nice stay. I thought I could expect a certain standard but I was wrong. The hotel room was in need of major updating. It was also very dirty. There was dust and dirt debris in the corners and along the walls. The pool room was also sub-par. Breakfast was fine. I definitely won't stay here again and will probably avoid any Country Inn & Suites and maybe the Radison chain.

Great location nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful

People great. Clean. Good breakfast Highly object to having Fox News spoil our breakfast TV should be off or on weather channel!!!!

My sister and I took a road trip to OK to see my granddaughter and stopped in Knoxville,TN on the way to visit friends. We stayed overnight at this Country Inn & Suites. I thought it was weird that you have to drive through a gas station to get to the hotel but no big deal The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and the room with 2 queen size beds was very spacious and clean. I would stay here again if in Knoxville and would recommend this place to all.

Room 415 was a total nightmare. Broken hot tub and the room smelt like mold and we had to be moved. Part of hallway ceiling on fourth floor had fallen from apparent roof problem. Was moved to first floor and that room was ok, but overall this location could be doing more to live up to the brand promise. Apparently when you book through Orbitz the hotel doesn't get much revenue as they initially served up the lowest quality room in the entire hotel.

My family had a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good for the whole family.

One night stay, family of 6. Room was adequate & met our needs. Would stay again.

Over a 24 day road trip we stayed 7 nights in Country Inns and Suites. We were comfortable in every one, in every city. The staff was always pleasant, the rooms clean, the orbitz prices right. Richmond VA, Knoxville TN, Nashville TN, New Orleans LA,. I'd book again.
