Elevator and hallways smelled of cigarettes.

This hotel was clean, the pool was nice and had seats for me to sit on while my kids were swimming. I was sad that there was no hot tub, but it seems they are all doing away with those. There seemed to be only a few people there the night we stayed so the breakfast was pretty simple, but it included eggs and sausage and potatoes, so it worked even for me trying to be gluten free. Really enjoyed this hotel especially for the reasonable price!

This hotel was a little on the dated side, but they are in the midst of renovation. We found it to be quiet, comfortable and they actually had a hot breakfast along with cereal and pastries.

Common areas are "tired"...but it appeared contractors are on site. Perhaps after renovating rooms on 5th floor, they will get to the public areas.

We had issues with the toilets clogging. And then we pulled out the kids beds and it was broken. Then I looked at my cc bill and they overcharged me.

The property smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby. This was no doubt due to the smokers hanging out by the front door. The wall paper was peeling in the hallways. Inside the room, the furniture was torn and rickety. It gave the appearance of being dirty and made us cautious the entire stay.

Carpet was filthy and bathroom showed evidence of mold. Sheets felt damp. Don’t expect anything but cold cereal for breakfast. Cute entryway and staff were pleasant

Very nice, clean and friendly and close to the stores

The rooms were awesome. We loved them. The pool area needs some work

This property is very nice, clean, very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. They have the best free breakfast set up. Only downside was the curtain was a sheer so the lights from outside shined in. That didnt bother my husband but i like complete darkness when i sleep. Thankfully i had my blindfold, so we slept like babies. Excellent experience

The staff was very nice and accommodating. For the most part the room was clean. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work well.

Clean, quiet and comfortable,..................😁😁😁😁😁😁

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. When we went to our room there was a smell of someone cooking asian food - the staff was trying to eradicate it.

Just not up to the standard from before will not stay or recommend

Friendly staff. Very clean nice amenities close to interstate 40.

It was clean and location was great. I would recommend this property

Very comfortable and clean. Incredibly nice people at the front desk! Sparse choices for breakfast but good for the price of the room.
