Very friendly staff! Clean and easy access to all the main highways!

I have breast cancer and my doctor is in Knoxville. I had to stay 2 nights at the hotel after surgery. They accommodated me and my family in every way.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. There were numerous restaurants and great shopping within a mile.

The hotel is right off of I-40 with a gas station right next door. There are restaurants and shopping nearby at Turkey Creek. There are hotels in Turkey Creek but they are more expensive and there is a lot of traffic in the area. Comfort Suites is just a few minutes away without the traffic and extra cost. When I first entered the lobby I was greeted by the front desk clerk. She was pleasant, helpful, and thorough. I had I questions when I was done checking in. We got to our room and it was lovely. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and included two soft pillows and two firm pillows. We signed into the free wifi with no problem immediately. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, plenty of towels, and a hairdryer that worked well. The shower had good pressure. In the morning we went down for breakfast. There was a hot section with bacon and eggs and waffle irons with a choice of regular and blueberry waffle batter. The bread box included bagels, white a wheat bread, cinnamon buns, biscuits, and muffins. Gravy was available for biscuits. There was also yogurt, fruit, three kinds of cereal, juice, and coffee. It was great! Obviously, I enjoyed my stay. It was the first time I stayed there but it is likely I'll be making more trips to Knoxville and this will be my home away from home.

Good stopping point coming home from Florida.

Hotel was very clean with amenities stocked. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of variety. Staff at check in/out, and breakfast staff were polite and friendly. The room was fantastic. It had a great layout, fresh pillows and the temperature control worked well. My only complaint was the hot tub. The way the jets (which did work) blew water every direction was not comfortable and relaxing. The water needed changing, and the tub itself and surrounding area could use some cleaning. As the hot tub was a major factor in my booking this hotel, that was a little disappointing. All things considered, if we were passing through again we would stay here.

Conveniently located right off Rte 40, but very quiet. Spacious rooms and lots of choices at the free breakfast provided. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was really nice and clean. My only suggestion would be, it would have been even nicer if there was a hotel bar where you could have cap and food bar if you want to purchase a sandwich. Besides that I would recommend . Very clean and quiet.

The motel was obviously renovated recently. The staff at the reception desk were courteous and helpful. The room was a "suite" (sofa and extra chair) and provided sufficient room to sit and relax.

We were there for a show at the Convention Center in Knoxville. We needed a good nights sleep before and after all that walking at the show. We had stayed here 2 yrs ago but it is even better now that the rooms are quiet so you can rest.

unhappy, will not go to another comfort suites sticking to either Holiday Inn Express or Marriott chains

We enjoyed our stay. Being able to sleep at night without a big party down the hall or children running up and down made for a grown-up expierence. Thank you

Good location for access to Interstate and nearby restaurants and shopping. Quiet, safe location that is only a few minutes away from downtown. Mini-suites are a good value.
