Great place in a convenient location right outside the busy areas of downtown and old city with easy access to the UT campus for gameday.

The place was nice and clean. I would have enjoyed having instructions in the unit instead of always going to my phone ALL the time. Parking is another issue!! Parking in back would have been so helpful!!!!! Thanks for sharing your place!

Tenn Trip with daughter

Stayed in this cute condo for 3 nights. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We found parking to be pretty easy. On a busy Friday night, we had to spend only 5 minutes searching for parking, and we found a spot right in front of the building. When we needed to call with a question regarding gym access, we got an immediate response.

We had to come in after the ideal check-in time due to flight delays. I contacted David and he responded right away and we had no check-in issues at 2am. The loft was as described and the location was great and we enjoyed the loeft for thw week.

Perfect place to stay for our first visit to Knoxville!

The loft is amaxing! The industrial decor is a perfect vibe for the building...high ceilings, stained cement floors, comfy furniture & cozy blankets made the hot afternoon in better than home. Free parking on Jackson Street around the corner and down the hill after 6 and all weekend. There are at least 20 food establishments, market square, the Sunsphere and mural project are all a short walk. (We always felt safe.)11/10 I'd stay again!

Stylish and Comfortable

A stylish and comfortable modern loft in the heart of Downtown Knoxville, offering easy access to everything the city has to offer. The electric blinds and massive TV were standout features, and we were especially impressed by how quiet and soundproof the building and unit are. We would absolutely stay here again!

South Gay Street Loft

The loft is comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the theater. Parking is easy, about two blocks from the loft. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter at UT. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect downtown location!

Came to town to spend some time with a friend and see family for a few days! This loft was exactly what I was hoping for. It was in a great location right off of Gay Street but is on the back side of the building so was very quiet. The unit has big windows with lots of natural light and a great view of the sunrise if you’re up early enough! I had what I needed to make meals in the kitchen, but also enjoyed being able to walk out the door to amazing restaurants. A great stay!

Family road trip

This was one of our stops on a water park and amusement part tour. The place is great! My teens were very happy with it and the location. Communication is as great and very promptly! 100%
