Damp carpet, strong musty smell, uncomfortable overall experience, may have gotten bed bugs there

Decent hotel stayed two nights looked like they are doing some remodeling i would stay again and will when i have more classes

I stayed in room 101 and I noticed that there is no smoke detector. If a fire had happened when I was sleeping then I would have died from it. I thought smoke alarms were required by law? Also the room had a strange odor in there. The pool outside was nice though.

Clean and affordable. We were on a business trip, passing through Knoxville. This was a convenient stop.

I would not recommend this hotel, we requested a non-smoking room and this room was filled with smoke smells. The smoke smell was in the comforter, the pillows ,even the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. My sister and I have asthma and we both are still sick from spending just one night in the room. There was only a half filled bottle of shampoo for us to use and the complimentary coffee packet in the room was opened .There was spiders crawling in the bathtub. I would not recommend this hotel. The free breakfast was a joke.

I was traveling with my wife and 10 year old son. We were surprised how big our room was. It had 2 double beds, sleeper sofa, chair, and was very spacious and clean. The bathtub did have some stains in it. Did not try the breakfast. Only complaint would be that the beds were not very comfortable but ok for overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would stay here again.

The room and grounds of this hotel leave alot to be desired. For the price charged--room carpet was very dirty and we all kept socks on our feet to keep our feet clean. Staff was quick to respond for a malfunctioning tv and replacement.

Hair dryers did not work, iron leaking water, stains on sheets.

Indoor pool was no longer working, outside pool was covered up. Overall appearance of the buildings and grounds looked like "slums". I wasn't comfortable staying there, using the bathroom/shower nor even getting in under the sheets. Past this place by!

Room was clean and was exactly what we were looking for to get a nights stay before a tournament in Knoxville. Had a good continental breakfast with belgium waffles and staff was courteous.

WAS SURPRISED THE INDOOR POOL WAS NOT IN USE. CONTINENTIAL BREAKFAST WAS NOT TO GOOD. STAFF WAS REAL FRIENDLY. HAD A GOOD TIME

Way overpriced for the location. Clock in room did not work, soda machine outside of room did not work. Advertised a continental breakfast but aside from coffee and cornflakes, there was nothing. Staff are zombies.

I got in late and the staff was very nice when i arrived. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The Airconditioner was noise but kept the room cool as it was a hot day.

Very nice , clean an quite . The service was quick when checking in and out or asking any questions. Next time When we go back to Knoxville T.N. we will book our room with Value Inn an Suite of Knoxville .We enjoyed ourselves an relaxed thanks again Wyatt Family

Disappointment. Bought a bottle of bleach and cleaned the table tops , bathroom sink, toilet and bathtub before using.

Second time staying here. Our stay at the Baymont Inn was great for the price. Very convenient to downtown or Neyland Stadium, just a short drive. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for the price.

spacious and clean room and comfortable beds. It was better than I expected...an excellent value. Exactly 10 miles from UT campus.

the floor was filthy,my room door was left open one night when we returned,,,asked for toothpaste to be put in the room ,,they forgot ,the cable kept freezing up on the tv,could not reach the hotel desk by phone to ask for a wake up call ,,,no answer,,,when checking out ,had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk .

Went to graduation and a musical at the University of Tennessee and this was a great option to staying in an expensive downtown hotel. We were downtown in less than 10 minutes and getting on and off the Interstate was quick and traffic free. Older hotel but clean and very accommodating. Nice pool for families and staff was very friendly.

Frendly check in and out Great location only problem was shower curtin was moldey
