The staff are friendly, I liked that. No internet or breakfast I didn't like. COVID IS OVER. Hotel just being ulta cheap!

Pretty good hotel. Only downside was the smell by the stairwell - smelled like people were smoking weed. That type of smell is hard to get rid of to begin with, even after multiple cleanings, so it was not recent. probably. The only issue I really had was the noise, which really had nothing to do with the property itself - just someone with a crappy/badly installed sound/speaker system in their truck was blaring their bass for a while during multiple times of the day, including during the night.

Sherrie was very nice checking in. However, when I went into the shower the next morning, there was an old bar of soap on the ledge covered in hair. Additionally, it is advertised on Orbitz that there is free breakfast, when you check in there is a sign that states "Sorry - no breakfast" that should be removed it is very misleading

This is an older hotel, but adequate for a night’s rest. Good location close to the freeway, but it is tucked in behind other businesses and we didn’t see any road signage and missed the entrance. The room was very clean, but the walls transmit sound easily. We could hear the people above us moving and talking.

Probably the worst of hotels I’ve stayed at. The room was absolutely filthy, some type of substance sprayed all over the walls, bottle rings and something sticky on the table, dirty wash cloth from previous person, floor hadn’t been vacuumed. It reaked of marijuana from the room to the exit. It was disgusting.

Nice place to stay for night while in Knoxville. Nice updated large rooms, convenient location, good price would stay here next time

Housekeepers and housemen always doing their best. Going beyond duty. Front desk staff helpful and rooms are clean. Definitely recommend if need a hotel in Knoxville.

It smelled like a retirement home, TV didn't work due to HDMI cable was not plugged into cable box, and not plugged in to HDMI 1, I fixed it myself. alarm clock was like twenty years old and not plugged in. I had the same one when I was a kid. The night stand had built in plug-in's didn't work, not plugged in and the USB ports were destroyed. It seemed like they had people living there. No security cameras in the hallways. My door cards were deactivated the morning after check in, had to get new ones. Vending machines were pretty much sold out. Over all it was a little janky. Best thing this place has going for it is the employees all very nice and polite.

The walls are paper-thin. I could literally hear very conversation anyone was having in the next room. (And some of those people were noisy!)

I was traveling with a Cancer patient, and it would of been nice to know that when I upgraded to the Balcony suite that they did not have an elevator. The night clerk told us it would not be a problem to have a late check out due to the fact that our plane did not leave until 6:30. They were not that busy. Brian needed as much rest as possible before the long trip. I let the desk clerk know that the morning of check out and she would not allow us to stay past 12:00.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. My husband loved the gravy. Pet friendly!
