They were not able to check us in due to “the system being down”. The desk clerk had no idea when they would be able to check us in and said that they could not do anything and showed us her blank screen. It was after midnight and we had called twice knowing we would be a later check in. We left the hotel after being told they could not help us. I was then charged for a canceled room. We did not cancel, they would not give us a room that we had reserved and left.

Upon arrival found bed had been made but sheets had not been changed. There was blood and hair on all bedding except the pillow cases. Shower contained mold. Unable to get replacement comforter for 2 days due to staff not knowing where they were. Dirty qtip in elevator for 2 days. Breakfast and coffee was good though!

I loved the simplicity, but top notch quality of our tru hotel. The front desk gals were so incredibly flexible and understanding. All our needs we're met through them. Carla was incredible!!

The floors were too dirty to walk on without shoes. When my husband showed the staff member at the front desk a towel where he scooted around after a shower to keep his feet clean she looked disgusted, but didn’t apologize or offer to see management. Not what I expect from anything with the Hilton name.

Mold in the shower, some kind of gross smear spray on the mirror right when you walk in. AC parts falling off, no tissues in the box, TP holder fell off the wall when we tore off the paper. For a “king room” there was hardly any room to walk in, could not fur the roller cart in the door and walk around to unload it. Light switches don’t match up, no microwave??? No closet??? For almost $350 it was the biggest rip off of a Hilton branded hotel we’ve ever been to.
