Mold on the shower curtain, mattress was terrible, nothing but springs in my back.
Black mold covered the ceiling in the bathroom, perimeter of bathroom was covered with dry wall tape, bed was beyond uncomfortable, terrible old pillows, tv was messed up, drunk guests fighting in the parking lot.
We did not feel safe here. People were lingering and drinking outside. Doors didn't latch properly. We also had an issue with our booking and the staff at the hotel was not helpful.
There were cockroaches in the room, but after I used disinfectant to clean up, the hotel claimed my use of disinfectant "damaged" their furniture, and charged $150 extra on my credit card without my consent. Very unreasonable people. Do not recommend.
Room was fine except carpet had stains and there was paper debris near the bathroom door. To his credit, the manager offered to move us to another room, but we were already settled & I cleaned up the paper debris.
You get what you pay for. We aren't picky, could have been cleaner, but also could have been way worse. The pool looked nice. We didn't like that there were only 3 staircase to the top floor. The breakfast didn't have any meat and was only from 8-9. It was only cereal, waffles, juice, toast and yogurt.
As soon as we opened the door it smelled like mothballs. There were tiny newborn cockroaches in the bathroom and on the bedspread. A very loud neighbor awakened us shortly after midnight. I can't say we got a decent rest. Very disappointing....
Thermostat was broken so it was either like Antarctica or Desert in Nevada summer! Not happy!!! Pillows were flatter than pancakes.
Toilet paper wasn't replaced, neither were tissues. Took my towels one day and said they would return with clean ones, never did, had to go get my own towels.
If I had been traveling solo, I would not have stayed overnight due to the various persons hanging out on the balcony when I checked in. They finally retired around 10 pm. While the bed & bath linens were a little dingy, the bathroom was immaculate and the front desk was extremely eager to please. Decent location but needs an update badly.
Ok would stay family trip was good we had plenty of time to do what we wanted to do

the location was convenient, and desk clerk was very good , but the room wasn't very well cleaned and heater was falling apart, room smelled like a porta-poti.
