Horrible Place!!!!

The room was filthy…. Ceiling falling in and on the bed, pillow had what looked like a booger on it. There was feces in the toilet. There was blood on the bathroom door. There were missing tiles with mold. There were holes in the wall. Lights out in the bathroom. Showed pics to the front desk and all she asked was if I wanted another room. Denied me a refund. I will blast this to everyone I know and every platform I can.

They don’t have a water machine in the hotel, which is unacceptable. Only small bottles of water are available for purchase. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that doesn’t offer basic drinking water. In addition, I showed a picture of a cockroach to the front desk receptionist. I usually stay at Red Roof hotels, but after this experience, I will never return to this location.
