The price fit well within our budget, and it served its purpose to be a place to lay our heads at night. I was really happy they had pet-friendly rooms (no carpet). I'd say the room felt clean, but had definitely seen better days. Certainly not a luxury stay, but very economical. It was ok, but not great.

Breakfast was poor but all else was great. That's all folks

Staff makes up for outdated rooms room was comfortable but needs some updates cigarette burns on tub in a nonsmoking room

Mix up check in but other than that great stay quite clean beds comfortable

Outdoor walkways had garbage outside, also some dog poop on stairs. We could hear guests in next room, doors looked like they had been hastily repaired after being broken into. Bathroom tub had mold on floor and light in bathroom did not have a cover on it so you could see the years of dust and debris. I loved the laminated signs on back of door warning of crime and warning guests how to triple lock the doors. I would pull the police reports to see how much crime has been reported at hotel and area. Did not feel safe staying here with my two teens.

Over all stay was very good. Just seen a few to many cockroaches.

The stop over here after a very long day of driving was less comfortable than expected. The refurbished accessible room was not professionally done. I will not stay here again. The breakfast, however, was much better than expected.

Easy location, close to I-75. This Red Roof offered exactly what we needed on a long road trip to Florida. We arrived late and the front desk staff made check-in easy. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Could use ventilation in bathroom but other than that everything was up to standards

We needed a place to stay on our way home, with our cat, and this fit the bill nicely. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort, cleanliness and the entire experience of staying at this Red Roof Inn. One has certain expectations for $54 per night, but those were exceeded by far. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, clean and as nice as hotel rooms for triple the price. I will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Cable TV had more channels than other rooms I have stayed in.

I got the hotel based on staying in Knoxville. Friendly staff and good stay.

Location was ideal for us traveling between South Carolina and Indiana. A few block off I-75. Love the pet friendly policy as we had our dog with us. Room was clean and had both a desk and an easy chair. The bed was acceptable , but not that comfortable. The bottom sheet was not secured properly and came off the mattress at both top corners during the night. No coffee maker in the room. Continental breakfast would have been fine except that when we got there at 8:45 (the hours were 6:30 to 9:30 am) many items were used up and had not been replenished. No waffle batter, no milk for cereal, no fruit, no regular bread, and I got the last half cup of coffee. Although we did not need dinner, we noted that there was an Applebees right next door.

We were traveling just before Thanksgiving and arrived around 10.30pm. Check in was quick and the beds were comfortable and the room generally clean and tidy. The only complaints were that the towels were a bit on the small side and the continental breakfast was quite minimal but ok - also they had coffee but no tea bags. Overall a very comfortable and well priced stay. We were nice and refreshed for travel the next morning.

Total lies. The site said non-smoking rooms with queen-size beds. The pictures showed modern-looking hotel rooms. All lies. Our room reeked of smoke, even though there was a non-smoking sign on the door. I asked for a new room, which was quickly given to us, and even though it didn't smell as bad, it still smelled. Leftovers from previous visitors were still in the refrigerator! Also, the staff told us there were no queen-sized beds, even though the website promised this. She said they were in the process of upgrading the rooms. I asked to cancel our reservation, but we couldn't because we had booked it third party. We didn't sleep much, because the room next to our kept opening their door every 20-30 minutes and were banging on walls, - seemed suspiciously like a prostitution business. We prayed together for God to protect us through the night, and He did. But we were out of there asap the next morning, exhausted and frustrated.

My experience was good experience. the owner was very nice and responsive. the rooms were not exceptional but they were very clean and comfortable. the only bad thing i could say was the breakfast needed some work. I went to get coffee and there was residue floating in the cup. The breakfast was not a good selection. We ended up going to Cracker Barrell which happens to be across the road.

There was no record of our pre-paid reservation when we checked in. "Free WiFi" signal was so weak it could only be used in the main lobby. Continental breakfast was sparse and seemed to be a last minute thought. Overall, room was OK but noisy and amenities were less than average. Could not tell me why I had a paid confirmation from booking source but motel had no record; I may end up paying twice!!

the hotel was clean and the area was nice. the location is good and there was a lot of places to choose from to eat

bathroom vanity hanging 1/4" off wall, pillow cases very soft because they must have been in use since the 1960s!
