Enjoyed our stay the breakfast wasnt very good but overall a great place to stay

a quick stopover after a Luke Bryan concert. Late check in was very fast and employee very courteous for 12am. Room was HUGE!! nice kitchenette area. would have been perfect for a guys get away weekend. Nice place and not far from downtown. Right beside starbucks too!!!!!

The walls were very thin so we could hear everything going on around us. It became unbearable when housekeeping arrived and all we could hear was vacuums and bumping all around.

Very nice staff. I set up a sewing work area in my room because I was in town for a quilt conference. I had plenty of work space.

Stayed in Knoxville to visit my son. The hotel was OK - room smelled musty. The AC unit did not work that well and the tub had a hard time draining. If you stayed more than one day - they did not give any more coffee in the room and you had to get coffee in the downstairs lobby.

In town for a class reunion, I especially appreciated the amazingly comfortable bed. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the responsiveness of the air conditioner. Was impressed with the complete, efficient kitchen, but didn't need it. Many resturants nearby. Except for the "no daily maid service," staying there was a great deal.

The front desk staff was helpful & answered questions even outside of their expected field. The cleaning staff was friendly & prompt. The condition of the room was impeccable... best I've had in a long time... including recent stays at hotels that were almost double the price.

Visiting our son for the weekend and found the accommodations very good for our purposes.

Free Parking. Free Breakfast. Clean and spacious room with kitchen. Next to Howters. The only problem I had was getting more washclothes because they have an exchange policy.
