The first two nights the AC did not work. It was 82° in the room no matter what temperature you set it on the front desk lady was able to fix it on the last night.

The location is convenient for interstate travel. The hotel is dated and in need of improvements but it is priced reflective of this. Pet friendly which was important for my needs. Simple but decent breakfast options.

We stayed at this location due to its closeness to the freeway and its acceptance of cats. Although the property was beautiful, the pillows were AWFUL (all flat??) and the shower had an EMPTY body wash container. If these issues are addressed, this will be our staple for travels back from FL to MI.

We stay at La Quinta because it is still the most affordable pet friendly chain, but we will never stay in this LaQuinta again. Poor condition, stained rugs, noisy rude guests next door.

We didn't expect much for the price. But geez. Both outside and inside need good solid cleaning, carpet replacement, and paint job. Our room was on the 3rd floor under the roof top air units causing a constant hum. Thankfully, we wear hearing aids so taking them out help drown out the noise. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurants and gas up the street. Sunday breakfast until 9am, needs to be 10am. Sunday morning staff was one person. Hard to refill breakfast trays & coffee and answer phones/frontdesk

Initial Check in staff was friendly. The outside looked "new". Once we got to our room on the third floor the carpet was badly stained. The pool area looked like it has not been cleaned. The shower was not well cleaned. Breakfast was subpar.

The first too we were assigned smelled terrible and there was still dried toothpaste in the sink. We were given a different room that was smaller (no sitting area) that didn’t smell but was dusty.

Don't stay here

Room had a smell to it when you walked in. Water didn't come out of shower head right due to needing to be cleaned. Coffee pot in room was dirty. Had to clean myself to make coffee. House keeping definitely need to do better . Will never stay here again. Best to use your money at the holiday inn beside this hotel

I booked through hotels.com.. then when I arrived I was also charged by the hotel TWICE! So, I ended up paying 3x for 1 night. I was able to get a refund for the 2 wrong charges after 5 days, but that didn’t help the fact that I was triple charged and it came out of my bank account immediately! The room was ok, the telephone did not work and was covered in ketchup and other filth. The heater unit was cracked and worked half of the time. The fridge was not cold. The bedding and towels were all stained and sheets had holes. The door lock was busted off as well.
