Our non-smoking room smelled like it was currently being smoked in as we walked in. The floors were filthy, particularly in the corners. A washcloth from a previous guest was hanging on the shower curtain rod. There were a few bug carcasses in random areas of the room. The curtains had either rot or insect holes in them. If we weren’t so tired, we would have left. My desire for sleep outweighed how grossed out I was.

You get what you pay for

It was the cheapest place to stay for a quick overnight in town. You get what you pay for. I’d stay here again if needed. No issues other than the check in process. When I booked, I received an email asking me to check in online in advance to save time at the counter. Just get my room key and go. That was not the case at all. It took longer at the desk the. Any recent check in that I can recall. A waste of time to use the advance check in feature. Also be careful, the hotel charged me again for the room instead of hotels.com. I was refunded the money, but only because I caught it at that moment while checking in. My apple pay card sent me notice of the charge in realtime and I questioned the charge.

I never received my deposit back. The neighboring which said private has very loud people outside of my room for multiple nights of my stay. The advertised “gym” area was closed and the washer and dryers were out of service.

Was below subpar, deadbolt did not lock, bathroom was disgusting, sink drain clogged, Hair in sink and tub area, floor of room dirty. Met our very basic needs but couldn’t wait to check out.

Disappointed

The first room were given was in the back area of the hotel. There was stains on the sheets and mattress protector, a very old and dilapidated bathroom door and the fan/air conditioner didn’t work at all. The shower was also in poor , worn out shape. When we informed management of these problems we were given a new room which was much more adequate.
