Friendly Staff. Convenient to my meeting location and restaurants in the area. Second time lodging here for business. I have plans to return in November for another training class. I choose to request this Holiday Inn Express.

Driving from MI to FL - great place to stop. North of Atlanta. We have a king room with a fold out couch. It was clean. The staff was very helpful. It has an outdoor pool with a few tables and chairs. Close by are a few restaurants. Gas is across the street. Very easy on/off I75. We would stay again.

Arrived 16 Jun to only 1 elevator working. Did not use handicap room as needed to accommodate 3 people. By 19 Jun both elevators not working. Maintenance crew had to carry my 160 lb mobility scooter down 5 flights of stairs on 20th. We missed 45 minutes of grandson's travel baseball game waiting for them to arrive and get it downstairs. Read other reviews, this elevator problem is not new. My 1st 2 reviews have been rejected. IHG has told me Hotel management would contact me in 48 hours. It has been 5 days since that email.

They have a nice sign that states a remodel in Sept. Only one elevator was working and the sound of metal on metal could be heard as it came to the floor. The place has had serious water damage and wall paper is falling off the walls. The ceiling was bowed into a v shape. It took 25 minutes to check in because they worked with one lady only who was playing with prices on her phone, five other guests were waiting. It was very hard to locate and they have no signs. We had been traveling and the bed seemed clean or we would have left. Stay anyplace else.

I was planning to stay at one of the neighboring hotels, but when I called in to ask about room rates and a slightly early check in, the courtesy of the staff at the Holiday Inn won me over. The room rate for the Holiday Inn was a little more than nearby hotels, $159/night vs. $109/nt next door, but the quality of the rooms and service was worth so much more. The hotel is located at The Town Center at Cobb in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and whenever I am visiting Atlanta I would stay here again. Special thanks to Oshai and Kecia and the Team at the front desk, and the Housekeeping staff for such great Customer Service.

1. I was overcharged for an extra day, when I was told I could check out early. (This happened to about 10 different families we were traveling with). I was told by 3 different desk personnel, on 3 different shifts I would not be charged. When I called to discuss the issue, I was told that the hotel manager, made a deal with the baseball tournament travel staff and did not give the information to the hotel desk. No one has called me back to resolve the issue. I called corporate and will have to call them again. I have already wasted more than an hour trying to resolve the issue. 2. One of the elevators was broken, for a 6 floor hotel. Not only was the hotel full of guest using the elevator, but I found that housekeeping was riding the elevator almost constantly. This made the service even slower. 3. Housekeeping did not clean our room until late afternoon and one day not until 5:00 pm. 4. A family we were traveling with did not have their trash emptied a single time during our 5 day stay. 5. Breakfast was terrible - No milk, if there was juice at all it was warm, the sausage tasted old and microwaved. 6. The Wifi connection was terrible. I could not use my laptop computer to connect to the internet. Also, it was not password protected, it was open to the public.

For $150 including tax, one should not expect a hotel that is severely outdated, and in the middle of renovations. Quite pitiful. Rooms were average, huge open gaps at the sides of the door to room. Carpet in hallways was disgusting. Very large group of basketball players accosted my work colleague in the 1 working elevator. I would have reported it to Security, but they don't appear have a staff because we never saw anyone. There is no way this place, should be 4 out 5 stars. Seems a little unusual to me.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The outdoor pool was not yet open for Summer; fitness room included two treadmills, exercise bike, and step machine all in good working order. Complimentary breakfast included eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, pancakes/waffles, cereal, muffins, and yogurt. The hotel is within walking distance of a shopping mall and movie theater as well as a dozen different restaurants (Thai, sushi, seafood, sports bar, steakhouse among others).

After a Braves game and dinner, we spent the night here. There was nothing overly outstanding about it but, it fulfilled our requirements. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and the area was quiet. We just wanted a good night's sleep and then breakfast the next morning. There wasn't a huge variety for breakfast and not enough fruit or healthy options. I realize they don't allow stoves or ovens so the eggs definitely taste like they came from the microwave. The hostess was very nice and did a great job. When leaving, we had all of our belongs and waited on the elevator. We waited and waited and waited and waited until finally decided we had to take the stairs. It's not that we mind taking the stairs but, we were on the 4th floor and had our bags. That was inconvenient and yes, a little dangerous. I was glad my elderly Mother wasn't with us. Was this location a little pricey? Perhaps but, it seems to be the going rate for that area, especially as summer approaches. We plan to drive over for another Braves game and I wouldn't mind staying there again. It's convenient yet, located far enough away from I-75 to hold down noise.

Very disappointing stay. The rooms are ok. Beds very uncomfortable. The elevators were out most of the day Saturday, not a big deal for us but definitely a big deal if you are older or have any health issues, especially since we were on the fifth floor. Our room was never cleaned, so I sent my son for clean towels, only to have the staff argue with him that we should have already received towels. Finally, they didn't have the pool open for the season. We are in Atlanta in mid May and it is 90 degrees. Not sure why the pool would not be opened? Overall we will not stay here again.
