Worst experience I’ve had with Wyndham hotels to date. I ended up checking into the hotel around 3 AM due to traveling and was charged $25 for early or check-in which is OK. The problem now is that every room from the second to the top floor is being renovated and none of the sockets electrical worked or TV worke, and the rooms themselves rundown, and there were construction workers standing right in front of the second room I tried to move to because of the quality of the previous. Ultimately Wyndham should shut down this hotel, until renovations are complete, as the elevator is unsafe and still under renovation, and the quality of the room is wrecking the reputation.
Now, with this being said, the two women that checked me in were great, they were very efficient. They knew what they were doing and they were very happy to help. This is not a staffing problem. It is a corporate management problem.
