This was the third time to stay at this location and it did not disappoint, The rooms have been renovated and have a more modern feel. The staff has been extremely welcoming and helpful each time. We attended for an NFL game and Tony, the concierge, recommended delicious places to eat and took care of arranging our ride to and from the game. The restaurant has a nice selection of food and drinks and plenty of space to accommodate many guests. The staff is the best part of this hotel for 3 years in a row now. We really appreciated them!

It was an ideal location for Jacksonville Jaguars game. Some of the star players was staying here. Overall, the internet was not working and I have 2 crying babies next door to me so it was a sleepless night

Dated Lady at front didnt have a oing as my reservation said. She sold me a double queen stating that it was river front, when in reality it was a partial river view. Not worth it. Room dated Won’t stay again

I have always stayed at this hotel and still to this day I give this hotel a 10/10! The staff is amazing! The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. I love how there is dining, pool, gym, and bar inside the hotel. Stay here!!! You won’t regret it!
