Not many options for food after 9 PM in the hotel or the general area. The hotel is getting old and is in need of being updated. The breakfast in the hotel for $19.99 was OK but lacked choices.

Hilton is having problems with their computers I cannot access my Hilton rewards and they’re unable to give me an early check-in. There’s nowhere to go the restaurants do not open till 4 PM.

Bathroom was old and dirty. Most of the hotel smelled like marijuana.

Great welcoming staff upon check in. Loved the cookies. Was surprised there was no mini fridge in the room. In house restaurant was closed for dinner, Website showed it was open- time to update your info.

location is the main selling point of this hotel

Dated and dirty. I’m shocked at how the rooms have not seen a deep clean in a while. Dirty baseboards, wallpaper in bathroom carpet in the lobby. Not to mention there was no fridge or microwave in the room. I was shocked and really disappointed. I wish I would have stayed at the Hyatt across the river. It would have been the same cost and I feel that accommodations would have been better.

Awful service. No double tree cookies. No ice. No refrigerator. Elevators broken or turned off. Person breaking into rooms and police presence. Did not answer phones for assistance. Just an awful experience.

Off the river

Excellent location

I had a room without hot water that the handle did a complete 360 when you touched it. I called downstairs to the front desk and was told it was booked to capacity and the hot water had to disburse throughout the building. After two cold showers and all day long we finally received another room with hot water. When we were checking out I proceed to tell the front desk attendant and the only response I got from her was well if it was before 7am maintenance isn’t in yet without once anyone apologizing for having a room without a working shower or answering why I didn’t receive a new room when I called before the first cold shower. The staff everywhere else were wondering and amazing!

spent over $200 on a room for 1 day. front desk was unprofessional, didn’t get the room i requested and they had no interest in my concerns. breakfast was expensive. room have no fridge and microwave, parking cost money and housekeeping went in my room while i was downstairs have breakfast and my apple airpods went missing
