March 17 we checked in at 1:30am an had the worst experience ever. Orbitz advertise this hotel as a 4 star and here’s the pictures to show it’s not. When you look threw other websites it’s a 3star which I think it really a 2star. I contacted you guys right away for a refund and you put me on hold and called the receptionist from the hotel and she advised for us to leave within a half hour for a full refund. Now mind you I was traveling with my autistic 9 years old daughter and husband who have major allergies. So where am I going to look for another hotel this late at night. I had put my trust with orbitz who lost my trust. The front desk told me there’s was no other room available, the fire alarm was beeping nonstop, smelled mold, dirty, rusty, dusty, carpet tore up everywhere, ac making loud noises, sheets carpets have stains. So please give me a refund and here are all pictures to prove it.

Doesn't feel like an airport hotel. Big pool and palm trees, nice sit-outside balconies on rooms. The restaurant is plainly struggling, but most are during the pandemic. All in all, a very positive experience.

The hotel is very clean and efficient. The statff, however, are not too friendly. No one said hello and they seemed to be bothered by customers. That needs to change.

Our room had trash from peoe before and they didn't take out our trash for 4 days and no new clean towels for 4 days
The hotel was old and the room smelled bad. It seemed like they were blasting really bad air fragrance in the room to cover up the smell. In contrast, the two woman working at the restaurant were really great. And the man that checked us in gave us a room near the pool which was nice.
