The hotel is old. Laptop was damaged by housekeeping. After staying in hundreds of hotels without ever having an issue I was baffled to come to the room and see my laptop had been stepped on or dropped.

Just needed a place to rest and it was close to airport had continental breakfast but stopped serving at 9 and didn’t have much before 9 it was all gone. Took 100 deposit that suppose to get back in few days that was 19th and haven’t seen it returned yet very shady.

The worst ever

After i spoke with the front desk i made my reservation and PAID FOR IT. AFTER THAT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFYING ME IF A 100$ DEPOSIT. I WAS STANDING IN THE OFFICE AND I DISCUSSED THE CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE PERSONNEL. HE THEN TOLD ME EVEN THOUGH HE SET TO GO ONLINE AND BOOK THE RESERVATION THAT I COULD NOT CHECK-IN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING. UH, SORRY AFTERNOON AT 3 AND I SAID, OKAY, HOW MUCH WOULD IT BE TO CHECK-IN NOW? HE FIRST TELLS ME $30, SO I SAID OKAY, I'LL PAY THAT SO I CAN CHECK-IN NOW. WE GO TO FILL ANOTHER PAPERWORK. AND YEAH, HIS BOSS WALKS BY, HE SAYS SOMETHING TO HIM, AND THEN HE SAYS TO ME, OH, I'M SORRY, MA'AM, I CAN'T OFFER YOU THAT DISCOUNT. YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THE FULL 85 TO CHECK-IN. NOW. I SAID, OKAY, THAT'S FINE. I'LL DO THAT. I HAD ALREADY PAID 85 ONLINE. I HAD ANOTHER 85 TO PAY RIGHT THEN. AND THEN I SEE THE EMAIL WHERE I ALSO HAVE TO PAY A $100 DEPOSIT. SO I SAID, YOU KNOW WHAT I DO NOT NEED TO STAY HERE BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD IT AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY STAY AND I LEFT. THE NEXT DAY I SAW THAT MY RESERVATION WAS STILL ACTIVE. I GOT ON THE HOTELS APP AND HIT CANCEL MY RESERVATION. AND YET, SOMEHOW IT'S STILL SHOW THAT I WAS THERE. CHECKED IN AT THE HOTEL. I WAS THERE WITH A FRIEND AT THAT HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL FOR THE BOTH OF US. NOT TO MENTION THE ROACHES, AND JUST THE OVERALL ATMOSPHERE OF IT BEING COMPLETELY RUN DOWN. I WAS WILLING TO OVERLOOK THAT NOT TO MENTION IN THE MORNING. WHENEVER u go EAT your alowed 1 sausage
