Room was dirty and had a smell. Huge spider web in doorway. floor had not been vacuumed beds were disheveled.

The room was not in good conditions. You could noticed dirt residues on the countertops, tables and desk. Lots of the accesories in the bathroom had corrosion. The carpet had stains everywhere.

Neither the dehumidifier nor the tv remote control functioned properly, and the carpet was so dirty that walking barefoot turned the soles of my feet black within a few minutes of getting out of the shower. The staff were excellent and tried to remedy the issues with limited success.

The walk to the room was a bit tedious, a lot of twists and turns followed by a second floor walk up. Not a deal breaker but going and coming multiple times in the day definitely became more of a chore.

The room was grungy, with dirt around the sink, the walls and the bathtub.

Worked great for an over night stop. Staff kind and helpful. Breakfast was hot.

My room was pretty good continental breakfast wasn’t good it all put into quite a bit in the service wasn’t the best you stand at the front desk a little too long waiting for service you have questions and they don’t have answers overall it wasn’t as bad as it could have been

Our stay was uneventful. Had a good meal at the Longhorn restaurant wihich is close by.

Good hotel overall. Room was clean and hotel staff was generally friendly.

Booked this hotel cause it was near Mayport Naval Station. Booked seven rooms and when the guys arrived the hotel staff said only four were left. This all occurred at 1am. Eventually the staff magically found rooms but what a nightmare. Once in the rooms what a disaster they were. Please avoid this place if you can.

Had a terrible experience the hotel rooms were dirty and filled with cockroaches. We had to sleep with the lights on to ensure they didn’t come out at night while we were sleeping. There was a hole under the bath room sink and the walls themselves were very dirty. The water also smelled like fish and if you wanted any water you had to pay for it.

It took over 2 hours to check in after waiting on hold hot an hour and a half with Orbitz trying to prove we paid for 2 mights and after getting an email saying just that with a confirmation # the manager said that wasn't enough because she needed a ghost credit card from Orbitz with there cc so they could bill them my wife and I were not impressed with the wait time on Orbitz and the hotel asking for more information when it should be enough and want some kinda compensation from Orbitz for making this difficult due to I had to call back several times and promised it would be a short hold....so frustrating to say the least waisting my time for nearly three hours.

They raised the price $12 a day more when they should have lowered it. Then they quit putting conditioner in the rooms saying all you need for your hair is shampoo. The iron was removed from the room, I guess they figured you don't need to iron your clothes if your hair looks like crap from no conditioner. Place looks run down. There is a lot of construction workers staying there because they only charge them $39 a night which is about all this place is worth. I come to Jacksonville a lot and have stayed here many times, however this is the last time.

Bathroom was not clean in any way !!! Shower was horrible.

Okay experience rooms need to be updated the room was stuffy and no air circulation

It was not well taken care of the staff were nice. The bathroom was dirty and was not very well taken care of

I have no complaints except parking was a problem sometimes because the hotel was packed.
