The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Happy hour drinks were good, but the snacks were lacking. There was only some type of chex mix type of snack. Breakfast was amazing as usual!

Overpriced for what you’re getting.
Rooms full of mold, sheets had stains, wasn’t even 11am yet and maids were opening the door while we were still in without knocking first. And did I mention mold? It’s bad especially in the bathroom.

The Embassy is a beautiful hotel especially on the outside and lobby. I just felt that the rooms didn’t match. The bed was very comfortable but the room could have been updated..Marion who checked us in was very helpful and attentive. Outside the first room she gave us there was a nasty spot right by the door. I went to the front desk and apologies was made but my thought was why would you even give us or anyone that room until the nasty spot on the carpet was clean.. the choice for breakfast was excellent!

Booked multiple rooms, so we were in need of extra washcloths and towels for the ppl in there.. I asked house keeping for more she in return stated there are some in your room.. There were 2 sets and 4 ppl in the room. So after I told her what was in the room and that I was also not washing my face with the same cloth I bathe with she rolled her eyes and gave me 2cloths and one towel… Management asked for a review of my stay so far. I told her about it she apologized and said she would send some up, which we never received also the room had an old mildew smell to it I just masked it with sanitizer and air freshener

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was incredibly busy, which wasn't unexpected, but set up for condiments, could have eased the traffic in the main area where folks were trying to get food. The salt and pepper shakers were very grimy and felt like they hadn't been wiped down in ages.

It was great until the motorcycles arrived. They blasted their music for hours until 2 a.m. Then got back up around 8 a.m. and did the same. Other than that it was good.

We stayed for one night. We had no problems checking in. It was a very busy hotel the night we stayed. I would recommend asking for a room that is not on the front of the hotel. The street noise was very loud until about 10:30pm. The room was nice. The bathroom was small and needed some updating. The cocktail reception and breakfast was good as well. Jose who was bussing tables at breakfast was very kind and helpful.

Nice time but no pool available
We love staying at Embassy Suites—the breakfast is always great; we love the evening reception with snacks and drinks; the atrium layout is appealing. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the pool kept going out of service which broke my son’s heart since we were there on spring break. We specifically chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and hot tub—my son’s favorite things—and we didn’t get to use it.
