Perfectly located to the Metropolitan Park this hotel makes for easy access to local functions

Everything was great except breakfast took too long.

Nice hotel. I had a beautiful river view but there is currently construction which is very loud, preventing me from having the window open much of the time. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating; shuttle service needs communication help and almost made my coming to and from the hotel very unpleasant.

Very nice hotel with great location near the landing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everyone was polite and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean.

nice location. Walking distance to the Landing and the Florida Theater.

Having stayed at many Hyatt Regency hotels before, with my favorite being the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Drive, I was shocked by the condition of my room and this hotel. Orbitz lists it as a 4-star property and it is far for it, though definitely a solid 3-star. The good: located off I-95, convenient to the downtown core. Unless you are here on business, however, there's little reason for you to stay in this area of Jacksonville - if you are a vacationer, you will be better off with hotels on Jax beach or Amelia Island. The staff at the hotel are excellent, friendly and cater to your every need. The parking garage is located on-site and connected to the hotel by a sky bridge, though the daily parking rate seems exorbitant and is likely intended primarily for business users who expense it. Rooms are poorly appointed, beds are uncomfortable (mattresses so soft your back hurts), paint is peeling in the hallways, walls in the room itself are dirty and the furnishings include old iHome clocks with 30-pin iPhone connectors which were discontinued back in 2013. This is not the standard I came to expect of a Hyatt Regency - both brand and price-wise - and will not recommend this hotel until it after it undergoes some major renovation in the future.

The hotel looks very nice and the rooms and the views are amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel's construction is cheap as the walls are paper thin. On my first night some guests were running down the hall and slamming their doors at 3am. This caused my entire room to shake and woke me up multiple times. You can hear other guests in the adjacent rooms talking, coughing, crying, showering, and whatever else. I stay at a bunch of hotels and no hotel I've ever stayed at had this kind of noise leakage, even with a door linking the two rooms. If you are a light sleeper like me I'd advise getting a room away from others.

Moldy, everything is broken. Nothing promissed was received. $0 value, I would pay Not to stay here. They are extremely discriminatory against handicapped people and all the guests I spoke with in general. I could go on and on, but I prefer to move on and forget about the Hyatt Forever!!!!!!!!!!

Dirty, worn-out carpets and stained elevator doors give a black eye to the Hyatt brand

excellent I was surprise for hotels service and room

Here for a conference. Nice view of the river. Clean comfortable room.

A few little quirks.....vending machine kept giving out wrong drinks...ended up with 3 mountain dews instead of sierra mist. Hot water was out one morning. Other than that, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Stayed to see Broncos @ Jaguars game. Able to walk to stadium and back without issue. There were shuttles if needed (but at 75 degrees, a walk was welcome). Great view. Workout facilities with pool and hot tub. Good bar area. Room was clean with great shower (a MUST for my wife... had good water pressure)

The hotel was clean and modern with a very friendly staff. It's location is an easy walk to the stadium for football game. The downtown area is going through a revitalization as its clean but just wasn't very busy. I would stay here again for football game

Was in town for the USA vs Trinidad soccer game. Was very satisfied with the experience of the hotel

Amazing view and super nice Premier King Room, Excellent food in Bar / Rest

Great location and easy to get in/out. Gym is really nice, and clean. Lots of new machines and the stretch/yoga section was well equipped.

Great Stay! Couldn't ask for anything more! Big bang for the buck!

I stayed here for the 2014 Georgia - Florida game due to it's proximity to the stadium. It is not a super easy walk to the stadium but definitely not too bad. They do make you pay $50 for parking which might turn some people off. The hotel lobby is nice. The room will stayed in was nice as well but is not something that you will write home about. The view of the city was great. For this particular weekend, they will make you wear a wristband to get back to your room. If you aren't wearing a wristband, you are not going to be able to get back to your hotel. That means, no visitors. This will probably turn a lot of people off as well but it was not a big deal to me. I have already booked this hotel again for the 2015 Georgia Florida game and will continue to book it in the future. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel.
