excellent I was surprise for hotels service and room

Here for a conference. Nice view of the river. Clean comfortable room.

A few little quirks.....vending machine kept giving out wrong drinks...ended up with 3 mountain dews instead of sierra mist. Hot water was out one morning. Other than that, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Stayed to see Broncos @ Jaguars game. Able to walk to stadium and back without issue. There were shuttles if needed (but at 75 degrees, a walk was welcome). Great view. Workout facilities with pool and hot tub. Good bar area. Room was clean with great shower (a MUST for my wife... had good water pressure)

The hotel was clean and modern with a very friendly staff. It's location is an easy walk to the stadium for football game. The downtown area is going through a revitalization as its clean but just wasn't very busy. I would stay here again for football game

Was in town for the USA vs Trinidad soccer game. Was very satisfied with the experience of the hotel

Amazing view and super nice Premier King Room, Excellent food in Bar / Rest

Great location and easy to get in/out. Gym is really nice, and clean. Lots of new machines and the stretch/yoga section was well equipped.

Great Stay! Couldn't ask for anything more! Big bang for the buck!

I stayed here for the 2014 Georgia - Florida game due to it's proximity to the stadium. It is not a super easy walk to the stadium but definitely not too bad. They do make you pay $50 for parking which might turn some people off. The hotel lobby is nice. The room will stayed in was nice as well but is not something that you will write home about. The view of the city was great. For this particular weekend, they will make you wear a wristband to get back to your room. If you aren't wearing a wristband, you are not going to be able to get back to your hotel. That means, no visitors. This will probably turn a lot of people off as well but it was not a big deal to me. I have already booked this hotel again for the 2015 Georgia Florida game and will continue to book it in the future. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel.

The food at the hotel was actually pretty good. However, it was nothing spectacular for the money.

Great hotel on the river with many things to do in the area.

Nice hotel and good restaurant, but the surrounding area is nothing to brag about.

Everything went well. Rooms are standard but clean. Pool unavailable at this time. Otherwise what we expected

The hotel is good for those traveling to Jacksonville for a convention, but it's not for the vacation traveler. It's in the business district, not a lot of shopping, dining, sight-seeing. The room was big, but in need of updating. I noticed a board in the lobby withe the remodel info, so it looks like the update is coming soon. Staff was good.

Great hotel for a business traveler! If you need to be downtown in Jacksonville, this is the best place to stay.

Over all good experience. Wifi signal is week depending on which room you end up. No indoor pool. Parking is extra which is kind of a turn off. But if you are going for the weekend, there are plenty of street parking.

This hotel was great. walk distance to everywhere downtown jacksonville and the food is amazing.

Being a 4 star hotel I was expecting more out of it the room was just like a motel 6 and the bed was garbage I was expecting a soft top bed and it was like a old matrres and sheets

This was an awesome hotel. The location was fabulous and the staff couldn't have been any better.
