Great hotel to stay when seeing a show at Vystar. Took a shuttle to and from event . Hotel is also very clean!
Grounds were clean, building in good condition, location superb. Valet staff was friendly and efficient. Check in staff on first night looked tired and overworked. Room was clean but no hand soap. Also the air conditioner vent above the sink desperately needs to be cleaned - mounds of dust can be clearly seen from just a casual glance. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. Parking was easy, walkability to downtown Jax and the waterfront was great!

I didn’t give a 5 star review purely because the hotel needs updating. Everything looks so dated. We had a pleasant stay however. Room on 6th floor overlooked the St John’s river which was good. Bed was a bit hard and the AC didn’t seem to work but we were only there for the one night. Room and bathroom were clean. Had a meal at their restaurant (Morton’s) food good but very, very expensive.

This is our go to hotel in Jacksonville. Right on the riverfront. Wonderful bar and restaurant. Very nice rooms and excellent staff. Convenient self parking.
The rooms needs to be refurbished. I left my jewelry in the room and when I called lost and found to see if housekeeping retrieved my jewelry, I was told by Angel someone would get back to me ASAP. As of today, I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I would not recommend staying at this location.
I was the first room off the elevator. Heard the elevator ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT LONG. EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!
I liked that it was waterfront. I did not like all the homeless people sleeping all over the streets close by.
