Great staff and breakfast! I would reccomend this hotel.

Good restaurants, friendly staff, good location. Nice walk along the river.

20 dollar self parking fee was a bit steep. Great workout area with pool though.

Felt very regal and staff was very courteous and hospitable.

When we got there we were told there were no king rooms available, but we were given a double queen room with a great view of the St. John river.

I had to walk almost a mile from valet parking to your room. Valet parking is $25 and we had to park 2 cars down from the main lobby. Pillows are like a rock. And blankets are so heavy that I could not even breathe. Didn't have an idea of any amenities of the hotel or checkout time. No menus for room service.

I did not like the view from my room (opposite walls), or the fact that if I opened my drapes, that anyone walking in hallway to the left could see in to my room. Also that there was no Microwave in my room!!!

Everything was great! There was nothing wrong and great every time I visit.

A great place to stay overall. Even though there was road construction, this is a great location and view. The food was excellent. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. I don't expect to see stains in and on the floor around Hyatt toilets.

The room was nice and the restaurants had great food. There were a few ants on the restroom floor and on the counter above the refrigerator in the room so I was not fond of that so I would suggest to spray again throughout the rooms.

The area is nice minus the construction they’re doing. Bar at the pool was closed during its open hours, otherwise it was nice

The property is in a great location and very clean. We were given a connecting room and experienced a lot of issues with noise from the other room. Otherwise I would absolutely recommend this property!

Although the rooftop pool was closed, everything else was perfect

Nice property but not by any means in the highest tier.
