This was my second stay so I knew how great it would be. Both times the staff is the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met. The breakfast buffet is second to none and you can get coffee or tea 24-7 usually with some fruit or light snack in the lobby and sit at a table (there's also one-cup machines in the rooms). My room. in shades of cream and terra-cottas, was beautiful. As they do not have a restaurant on-site the fridge can store what you bring in and heat in the microwave. (Two are around the corner and several within four blocks). An iron, board and hair dryer are also there along with dry-cleaning service. There's also a workout room with class equipment. Transportation is easy. At the foot of the city's oldest bridge you can access downtown, at the other end, in minutes. On this side Museums and the San Marco shopping district nearby are easily reached by car or foot. An overhead, The Skyway, has a station in back of the hotel which will take you across the river into downtown for free on weekdays. The hotel is being renovated inside and out but this did not get in the way of our enjoying our stay. From the display in the lobby those of you lucky enough to stay there afterwards will have a real treat. This is NOT a 2-star hotel; it's a 3 and going up. You can't beat the price, location and great staff. They are obviously here to stay; take them up on it.

I wanted to stay near where my family member lives and the Downtown area, so the hotel was the perfect place.

We needed a room near the hospital an this was good for that., I used there snack area and the frozen burger I purchased was bad I informed the person working the desk, she didn't seem to care or offer a refund for it.. When we checked in the room was neat but we found peanuts on the floor Overall I feel the price t o high for that room I have paid less an had better rooms at Comfort Inns. Thank You CJ Gagnier

Great everything was wonderful. Had a great time me and Wife. Hotel staff was great very nice and respectful. Breakfast was wonderful and refreshments. And we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff will come back this is our usual spot

The breakfast was excellent. The bed was hard and l did not like the bedspread comforter combination. It was way to heavy and bulky. I never use a hotel bedspread as a blanket.

Our stay was short but very good. The staff is always professional and courteous. Hotel room was very clean, except for the carpet.

In town for church conference. Liked location. Good rooms and service. Would definitely stay again.

We checked into this hotel after staying 1 night at an extended stay hotel that was beyond disgusting. This hotel was in direct contrast to the other other one. The lobby was spacious, clean and inviting. The staff were kind and attentive to our needs. The room was immaculate and the hot breakfast every morning was truly welcome. We will stay here again if we're ever in Jacksonville again.

Every employee we encountered was very nice. Had a problem with the thermostat in the room and someone came right up with us to fix it. Could not have been more pleased with our stay and will definitely stay again when we come back to Jacksonville next year.

This hotel was beyond expectations and for such a busy weekend they had everything ready and under control. The staff was very nice and helpful all weekend.

its nice stay in this hotel, good hotel come again.

Great access to downtown and restaurants on the bay.

I have traveled mutiple times to Jacksonville. This is the best hotel so far.

The location is a bit far from town but luckily we had rented a car for the time being. The room was clean and the room service was quick. They supply complimentary things for the bathroom in case you forgot your own, such as razors and toothbrush and toothpaste, so its very convenient. However, its a pretty pricey hotel for just 3 stars.

Staffs are friendly. It was a very convenient location. Will be back.

This location was the perfect spot for my business trip, it was centrally located. The staff was friendly, they told me about a few fantastic restaurants a few blocks away. The room was clean and I felt well taken care of.

Good for the price and close to the landing. Decent room for the amount we paid. I would stay again if we were in the area.

This was a quick one night stay for business. Chosen for location and that was perfect. The true highlight was the attitude and friendliness of the staff.....very accommodating and thoroughly enjoyable. Everyone had a smile and clearly enjoyed working there. Would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Rooms were clean.

The staff was great. The location is next to the skyrail and very close to the bridge to the Landing. Perfect location. Loved the breaksfast that was included in price and the hot cookies when I arrived.

My wife and I attended a choral conference held Downtown on the North Bank. We selected this hotel based on its moderate price even though it was on the South Bank. It was a great decision! We easily moved from one side of the river to the other (light rail service, water taxi, and wonderful walk across the bridge; car if needed), and the hotel was absolutely perfect. Amazingly quiet even with many student choral groups (who were well behaved!) in the building.
