Most everything was great with only a few relatively minor things. The room wasn’t quite ready when we got there so we had to wait in the hallway until it was ready (and with no luggage cart, we were tired from travel and carrying bags). The mattress was unexpectedly firm, which was no problem for me though my wife didn’t sleep all that well. The welcome email was fantastic, but came late enough that I had figured out most of it already. But overall it was as good as can be expected and we would definitely stay there again. The price and the distance to our other locations to visit was about as perfect and we could’ve hoped for. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
