nice environment. Quite area in the dining room. .

We had two visit the Mayo Clinic on two occasions and both times were great. Very clean comfortable and delightful stay.

We always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express. They almost never disappoint.

Very lean room, bathroom very large and spotless, room has a fridge, microwave, iron and board and blow dryer. Bed was very comfortable and king pillows.

Wonderful proximity to everything Jacksonville has to offer. Very clean with friendly staff. Great overall experience.

The room, staff, and amenities were great. Will stay there again.

Courteous and friendly staff. Clean rooms, but they smelled strongly of perfumed cleaning chemicals. Overall well maintained facility, convenient and quiet location. The breakfast foods typical continental style.

Convenient to Mayo Clinic with an 8 minute drive. They have a free shuttle. Also, Just 5 minutes from a large mall with lots of restaurants. Nice hotel with an indoor/outdoor pool. Good breakfast buffet complimentary. Excellent value for the area.

Business brings me to that area frequently and we will always be staying there.

Had a little trouble finding it do to its lack of visibility from the road. Very clean with comfortable beds. I had problems with payment, was charged once by booking company and once by hotel. Gentleman at desk during check-out was rude and offered no help when I asked to confirm billing. Booking company was nice enough to call on by behalf and get it straightened up.

Pleasant! I booked through Orb. which saved a few bucks but I didn't check the hotel website. When I got there, they were renovating the hotel. It was dusty and noisy. The indoor pool was drained and half of the eating area was sealed off. However the beds were still comfortable and the drive to Mayo was quick and simple. I would use it again but next time, I will check there website first, then go to Orb.

Parts of the hotel are under renovation...when we arrived at 7 pm there was no one to help with luggage... room assigned was on 4th floor, so we used a luggage carrier to carry our belongings up... I has surgical shoe and was using a cane...so some difficulty... room assigned was beautiful and spacious but at the end of a long corridor far away from the elevator.... between elevator and our room were workers, cords, trash containers and paint cans, making our trip to the room somewhat difficult.... we decided not to ask for another room since it would entail another trip thru the construction and to the front desk. Payment was two months in advance; a policy I don't fully agree with but we wanted a hotel near MAYO clinic so this was the best value and convenience. I will stay there again but will specifically ask for a room very close to the elevator for ease of entry/ exit. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choices.

The hotel is clean, comfy and the staff is very nice. I've stayed here twice and when I come back I will stay there again.

The hotel is clean, quiet and seems safe. It is located within walking distance of a Publix grocery, some shops and restaurants. The free breakfast was less than expected. The rooms were nice, but regular, and there were small hints of wear. The location makes for an easy drive to the Mayo Clinic. Overall, my stay was a good experience.

The stay at the hotel was okay; the bathtub is peeling.Getting there was a problem. I googled the location closest to Florida State College without knowledge that there were multiple campuses. My meeting was at the downtown campus, which was not near the hotel. I googled directions to the hotel and ended up in a shopping center. The hotel is in the shopping center, but the directions did not make that clear. I called to main number for the Wingate by Wyndom and was given the same directions--go into the shopping center and turn right. The hotel is actually a slight left at the end of Windsor Commons.

Clean Rooms, Staff was nice, and it was in a good location.

If Jacksonville is a pit stop, then this hotel is perfect for any overnight stay. Nothing super impressive but is as expected for a Wyndham standard hotel. Front desk staff at nigh was pretty courteous although the guy was a bit young and teenagerish as we caught him doing the whole chilling in the back room until he noticed us. Nevertheless we got our room quickly and was friendly the whole time and didn't seem like he was being bothered. Room was pleasant and clean, although was without a fridge or microwave. A/C was a bit loud but temp of room was fine and was able to sleep. They have a FREE breakfast buffet with your standard fare as well and was a nice spread. Check out was simple and was able to go on our way to continue our vacation. Only negative is the location as it seems waaaay south of everything in Jax although that area is developing better into a suburbia.

The room was not clean. The staff was not helpful or friendly. If you are going to the Mayo Clinic for any reason I do not recommend staying here.

Very close to our destinations, was very pleased at the hotels location.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel
