Quiet and clean
The A/C in my room was stuck on in a very cold setting. Maintenance never showed up to fix it so I had to request another room. They switched me to the worst room in the place next to the ice maker and elevator even though it was not crowded. Also, construction taking place in hotel now (Aug 2023) so beware.
Subpar for that brand, but maybe they gave us a crappy room because we booked through a third party site. Furniture is old and outdated. We only knew they were renovating after we checked in, got in the elevator and saw the notice. They should have at least let up know and have us the option to cancel and book elsewhere instead of shoving us into a mediocre room.

The price and friendly staff. The area was quiet. The property was clean. The only thing I didn't like was the door on the end of the building don't lock behind you once you exit or enter the building.
The property is old and worn out. The first room we had the air-conditioning did not work. It was 80° in the room. The luggage stand was broken. Furniture was worn out. We asked for another room. Kase at the front desk was very professional and gave us another room. The air-conditioning worked. The furniture was worn out. The beds were terrible also wotn out. This property is not at all what I have come to expect from Fairfield Inns, my go to place to stay when traveling. Lourice on the housekeeping staff was very helpful during the difficult time we had with the unsatisfactory room we had. The staff was great the property was very worn out.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Wide range of offerings for breakfast that included healthy options. Clean room and daily housekeeping without having to request it.
