We stayed for nights in 2rooms. Both were very comfortable

The remote had no batteries in it. When I went down stairs to the front desk to ask for batteries I was given AA instead of AAA. It stunned me that the employee didn't know that. Then there were burn holes in the blanket on one of the beds.

Older hotel - didn't feel safe but felt better being on second floor.

Phone was old and dirty, dead roach on the floor, no cable TV, air conditioning unit was dirty and old, beds sheets was clean ,lamps was dirty and old, shower had hair inside, the room was not welcoming didn't want to touch anything...I paid for two nights and stayed only 30mins, I ask for a refund.. they did not honor it...wasted a two night stay...I left hotel and did not return...

It didn't look like nothing like it was on the site ,toilette wasn't clean ,they didn't have enough pillows.

Stayed for 3 nights. Within walking distance to shopping. Room had microwave and fridge and seperate desk area. Quiet at night.

This was an unpleasant experience. We checked in fine, staff were great. Drove round to our room and hadn't been out of the car a minute before someone came up and asked us for money. Went up to the room which was older, seemed clean. Passed people in the hall who seemed high on something. Didn't feel safe being there or leaving car there. We left. I understand you can't choose your neighbors in a hotel but being begged from is not a good or welcoming thing to have happen in the hotel. Guy can see where we're staying.

This hotel is strategically located in Orange Park, Florida. It's best used as a place to sleep and rejuvenate at the end of the day. Very few amenities, but surrounded by numerous excellent restaurants. Dennys, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse and Dicks Wild Wings just to name a few!! Great value for the price and the staff is ready to meet your needs. There is a pool, but the atmosphere is not conducive to families who enjoy on property fun. I use it mainly as a hub to visit St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and Jacksonville Beach. If your looking for a great value and just a place to crash after a long day, this is your place!

Manager-helpful Hotel appearance- horrible, roaches, ants in our room, poorly kept Appalling policy- requires guests to leave their driver's license at the desk to borrow an iron. Iron policy-disrespectful, unprofessional and discourteous to guests. 1st time displeased with this hotel chain.

The ladies at the front desk were great very nice extremely helpful and wonderful manners. The room was very clean and in general just a very nice room. It was a great place to stay!!! We will stay again!!!

It was good fir the price .I would recommend it for a d short trip. It's in a Great location.

Basic hotel for a one night visit to the area. Location was great and comfy and clean. Just don't expect any other Lavish amenities.

Excellent location. Near interstate with many nearby restaurants, such as Longhorn Steakhouse, Carrabas, Olive Garden and Outback Steakhouse. Great value for the price!! Near beaches and mall. Staff also willing to help with all your needs.

i had a great stay ,the environment was so clean and also the room service were quick in there services

It was an affordable hotel for one night stay. The staff were fine and it had a good location.

I came to Jacksonville for a music festival, all the rooms close to the venue were very expensive. I found this room and wasn't sure about being a Red Roof Inn. I took the chance and reserved it. When I arrived, I was very surprised at the size and comfort of the room. the bed was extremely comfortable and room looked new. staff was friendly and room was very clean.

There was a slight "stinch" in the room. Didn't smell fresh. Also in the bathroom, smelled of strong urine. But after housekeeping came to clean the room, it was much better.

The tub had mold in it, saw dust on the bathroom floor and you could tell it had been there for a long time as the floor was in bad shape and no fresh patch marks were on the walls. The beds and pillow were hard and there was not even an iron in the room. Asked for a non smoking room and the room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. Won't stay again.

It was good, nothing special, the check in was nice and quick, lady from check in was nice and quick

I have nothing good to say about this hotel it was an awful experience
