The pics paint a very different picture.the hotel look nothing like the actually hotel. Maybe that is what they are striving to look like 5 years from now. The check in lady had a nasty attitude . The walls and floor were paper thin. I heard every step the people above us took. Bathroom had rust and crust in the tub. I will never return.

First of all the front door was not working so the only entrance available was the back door of the hotel. The hotel is okay not too bad. The room was clean but the hallways smelled and looked ran down.

Seems as if they cancelled my reservation without cause.

Excellent hotel for people traveling with pets. Room are clean and staff is friendly. Highly recommended!!

Smelled bad throughout the hotel. They allow pets so it smells like you are in an animal shelter. The bathrooms were nasty and old. The door was coming apart.

We stayed before for a business trip, changed to a Wyndham

Whoever cleaned the room before we got there I did not do a good job. We did ask the management to clean the room while we were out to eat dinner but it was not cleaned and we later found out that the cleaning staff had left. There were construction going on around us and it was very uncomfortable. Had we known that prior to going to the hotel we would've never stayed. We did cancel our reservations for our return back to the city of Jacksonville and decided to do a bed-and-breakfast. We did not go through Orbitz because you just simply let us down this time

Good location. Close to good restaurants. Easy acces to I-95

Room was not cleaned properly, smelled like mold and smoke and it got our asthmatic kids sick in one night. The restrooms was old, door messed up, carpet old and dirty. Breakfast was not very appealing and the room was not very cleaned.

Average condition, rooms need improvement, shower walls were dirty, hallways had a strong cigarette odor in the carpets.

With a prime location for all the food on 115, why pay the higher prices of those hotels when you can be down the road and closer to I-95? That's why I stay here. Clean rooms, good staff, and a pool.

Older hotel was very dated. Carpet in room stained older AC that didn't blow much unless turned way down. Price was cheap which made it a good buy. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast looked ok but was so overcrowded so we didn't stay eat. No vending machines at hotel which was disappointing.

Checkin was changed to 4 so had to wait longer then expected. They really need to pull up the carpets in the rooms especially since they allow dogs there was a lot of dog fur. Housekeeping needs to have better times my room wasn't cleaned 2 out of 5 days

For starters, it is in a construction zone and hard to find & leave due to that fact. The hotel desk staff was very friendly & capable & fast. Even linked up my rewrds card post-check in. However, wifi was limited and some guests were in lobby to get best signal. Our room was looking like some renovation had happened in one wall an there was still plaster dust hanging around. i.e. floor & closest bed. And it hadn't been painted over. The lack of central air made it damp and cold when running the a/c. Overall, if they are positioned to serve local corporate demands, they need to step up a bit more.

Cons: People were smoking in the hallways, water leak in the ceiling in my room, carpet was disgusting, and bathroom had several touch ups to fix. Pros: staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and the location is nice. Overall: I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.

The hotel overall was not bad. The wifi was not reliable. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and cut on and off repeatedly all night long. The room itself was clean and the hotel is pretty close to the highway/interstate so it's in a convenient location. I'd recommend it if you're just passing through. It was one of the less expensive ones I found in the area.

Very clean anything bad to say and for the price I got a really good desent stay I would definitely go back and use this hotel very clean the location is perfect and it's everything close

Our room smelled of mold and had holes in shower and bathroom wall. Very disappointed in this hotel. It is in need of many repairs and updates.

I originally booked a single bed room. After I realized my mistake I went back to the desk to ask if I could change my room. She said no problem and didn't even charge me the $10.00 difference. Nice.
