Bad room, bad service late at night, room was 88 degrees drawers wouldn’t close everything was bad

Upon entering the property i noticed how clean the packing was. It was a busy weekend due to the Jags having a game against the Giants. The check-in was very easy

Glad you have housekeeping, but their hair is throughout the room on the linens, in the bathrooms and in the towels.

Very old hotel. The pictures look nice but it’s very rusty and moldy. Dark lights needs upgrading.

Hallway is smelly and often wet. People fighting in the hall at 8:00 a.m.

I enjoyed the area. The rooms were neat and clean. I have no complaints.

They had no towels! Staff kept staying they would bring some. The manager came to knock on my door at check out and I informed her we were behind schedule waiting on clean towels we were promised. She said they didn’t have any and were on back order. The ironing board and iron were broken. Front desk guy at check out looked frustrated. Just overall a poor experience

Clean place no breakfast but is ok

On December 31st we checked in. I asked could i extend a extra day the gentleman that was working that day was very disrespectful, telling me he couldn't do that, everything i ask of him, he gave me short answers and never made eye contact with me. And I tried talking with another gentleman working that Saturday and was treated the same. The rooms were booked under my brother name and he was standing right there with me both times we tried. Finally we got a chance to speak with the head lady that Saturday and she treated us respect and understanding. She extended use that extra day. We didn't get any breakfast served neither day but when we call and ask we were told that they served a full coursed breakfast. They served nothing at all. Very poor management. The rooms were under Gregory Frederick name. Want never stay there again.

Customer service front dest was awful they were rude. The man who delt with me was beyond rude. They dont tell you about a 50 dollar deposit. The hallways are nasty bit vacuumed. Iur room was not cleaned well. Hait in the shower, soap holder wasnt cleaned. Cabinet in the bathroom had a greasy film on it. This by far was the worst experience.
