Good location. Close to good restaurants. Easy acces to I-95

Room was not cleaned properly, smelled like mold and smoke and it got our asthmatic kids sick in one night. The restrooms was old, door messed up, carpet old and dirty. Breakfast was not very appealing and the room was not very cleaned.

Average condition, rooms need improvement, shower walls were dirty, hallways had a strong cigarette odor in the carpets.

With a prime location for all the food on 115, why pay the higher prices of those hotels when you can be down the road and closer to I-95? That's why I stay here. Clean rooms, good staff, and a pool.

Older hotel was very dated. Carpet in room stained older AC that didn't blow much unless turned way down. Price was cheap which made it a good buy. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast looked ok but was so overcrowded so we didn't stay eat. No vending machines at hotel which was disappointing.

Checkin was changed to 4 so had to wait longer then expected. They really need to pull up the carpets in the rooms especially since they allow dogs there was a lot of dog fur. Housekeeping needs to have better times my room wasn't cleaned 2 out of 5 days

For starters, it is in a construction zone and hard to find & leave due to that fact. The hotel desk staff was very friendly & capable & fast. Even linked up my rewrds card post-check in. However, wifi was limited and some guests were in lobby to get best signal. Our room was looking like some renovation had happened in one wall an there was still plaster dust hanging around. i.e. floor & closest bed. And it hadn't been painted over. The lack of central air made it damp and cold when running the a/c. Overall, if they are positioned to serve local corporate demands, they need to step up a bit more.

Cons: People were smoking in the hallways, water leak in the ceiling in my room, carpet was disgusting, and bathroom had several touch ups to fix. Pros: staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and the location is nice. Overall: I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.

Cons: the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, water leak in room ceiling, carpet was nasty, Pros: good breakfast, good location, friendly staff

The hotel overall was not bad. The wifi was not reliable. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and cut on and off repeatedly all night long. The room itself was clean and the hotel is pretty close to the highway/interstate so it's in a convenient location. I'd recommend it if you're just passing through. It was one of the less expensive ones I found in the area.

Very clean anything bad to say and for the price I got a really good desent stay I would definitely go back and use this hotel very clean the location is perfect and it's everything close

Our room smelled of mold and had holes in shower and bathroom wall. Very disappointed in this hotel. It is in need of many repairs and updates.

I originally booked a single bed room. After I realized my mistake I went back to the desk to ask if I could change my room. She said no problem and didn't even charge me the $10.00 difference. Nice.

No refrig or microwave, Asked to have room changed as some rooms had them while others did not. Spoke to Mgr. with no assistance. Poor attitude by the Mgr. Eric

Very clean and friendly, worth the $$$. Would recommend!

Hotel was great. Location convenient to medical, business and beach locations

Nice , clean and quite , close to lot of medical centers

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made the stay enjoyable. I missed having a mini fridge in the room. While it is true that ice was readily available, I had ice packs that I like to freeze for trip to the beach. The ice packs are a little easier and less mess than getting ice in the cooler. Road construction near the hotel made getting to and from the hotel difficult at times, especially at night. The hotel is in the process of getting a face lift and I'm sure this will only help to make for a more enjoyable stay.

Good value for the money, curteous and professional staff very clean room, with a decent breakfast. Not much around within walking distance.

Me and my Girl stayed here for a weekend get away. The hotel was clean. The staff was GREAT! The only complaint I have is the hotel's elevator was extremely slow. Besides that, very reasonable price. The hotel was packed with kids there for a sports competition but they were no bother at all. Rather there with friends to party or for a family get away i think this place is great to stay.
